Karnataka state Yadgiri district, Surapurwell to a talluk, Vaganagera village schedule caste holeya community belongs Maralappa s/o Manappa Kattimani 19 years on 10-05-2020 around 2 O clock noon on his cycle with two pitcher hen goes to nearby village Thalavagera to fetch drinking water, in front of the village there was a bore well putting his pitcher he press the bore to fetch the water soon the same village OBC Kabbaliga community belongs Erappa s/o Gopanna Hujarathi comes there and hold the shirt collar of Maralappa and scolding says you belongs to Holeya community and you are low caste people how can you use our bore to fetch water go to your street and fetch water there, don't take water from our street bore well and he beast him and scolds him bad words and sends him from there withhout water, He comes back from there and tells everything happened there to his uncle Ramachandrappa s/o Gopalappa Kattimani in the same day around3 O clok with all villagers go there and questions them this is for all the public's why you are not living us to fetch the water from this bore well for that OBC Kabbalig community belongs Erappa and along with him nearly 20 people of his community says you have touched the bore well and have spoiled it and now you people are questionning us and soon they throw chilli powder all scheduule caste people and they beats them by sticks and by the stones and scolds them and says we will burn your village and will murder all of you and have gone from there, here all were bleedinsoon all of them were taken with a private vehicle to Surapura Government Hospital and all of them are under treatment.

Karnataka state, Belgam district, Gokak town and taluuk, Jagajeevanaramanagar there lived schedule tribes Madiga community belongs Arjuna Kanamadi and his wife Bhagyashree both were dide this couple had two children first one Siddu Kanamadi and the second one Sagar Kanamadi both were married and living together in one house and running their lives, Siddu kanamadi 31 years and his wife Thriveni 24 years they have a 9 month child his name is Shathesh when Siddudude child was 4 month. both were loved each other and by the opppse of Thrivenithey got married and since it was oppose marriage they were separated from home and were living in Gokak town Siddeswara nagar. there he got many friends introduced in that some were belongs to other cast mainly he had a very close and lovely friend Mallokarjuna Bhajanthri who belongs to OBC Lingayath community. in 2017 he had murdered Rohith Pateel from his own caste and know he is in prison. in the prison Mallikarjunas helth were not good she had requested police to take him to the hospital but they have not taken to the hospital for check up so his mothe came to Siddu and have requested him to do something so he goes to high court and get permission from the court and admitted him to hospital. by this Rohith Patels frinds were very angry on Siddu, so many times and now and they have threatened Siddu Kanamadi. Siddu were strong Dalit leader in the society and he hsd formed a society called dalit Yuva Samithi and he was the leader in it so he was doing his services through this society.

seeing all these Rohith pateels friends were planned to murder Siddu Kanamadi soon as they planned brfore on 06-05-2020 night around 8;30 Siddu were standing with his frinds near Jagajeevanram nagar entrence main gate taking with them. Rohith Patel who weren murdered RSS and the members of Sri Rama sene Sunil Murnibhavi, Kedari Jadav to support them Gangadhara sindhe, RaviChudannavar Vital Pawar, Basavaraju Jannakatti, Santhosh Chagadolli, comes behind Siddu with iron rod knife AX and sickle and have brutally beaten him and have ran away. Siddu were bleeding soon he been taken by the ambulance to the hospital but no use on 07-05-2-020 morning around 4;10 he dies.

This incident case has been filed on 06-05-2020 on 17 people crime No;72/2020 IPC 1860 u/s 307 and sc/st(POA)Amendment Act 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(Va) and after deth IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 148, 120B, 302, 504, 506 r/w 149 and Indian Arm Act-1959 u/s 25(A) and Karnataka Organised Crime Control Act-2012 u/s 3, 43 has been added in the case.

Case Brief: Dalit youth named Gowthama priyan (20) is a resident of Thokavadi village, Sengam of Tiruvannamalai District. He along with his younger sister had gone to his uncle’s home in a two-wheeler. On their way, near Kuppanatham Bus Stop his sister’s friend came there. He stopped his two-wheeler and they both were conversing with the girl. Meanwhile, Inspector Iswaran came there and enquired Gowthama priyan and verbally abused him for wearing the T-shirt with the image of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and abused in derogatory forms referring to the caste names. He had also made him kneel down in the road and had brutally attacked him with the cable wire. In addition, he had also tore the T-shirt of Gowthama priyan and again brutally beaten him.    

Ashok Kumar S/O Murugesan is a resident of Indira nagar, Palladam, K. Ayyampalayam, Tirupur District is working in MSV Company. He belonged to the Arunthathiyar Caste (Sub Caste of Scheduled Castes). On 14.11.2020 around 8: 30 pm, a man named Vigneshwaran (brother-in law of Ashok Kumar) had met with an accident near MSV nagar and Ashok Kumar was informed about the accident in his mobile.

Immediately he rushed to the spot along with his friend’s brother Mathivanan and found that the injured person was taken to the Government Hospital in Mahesh’s Auto. Mr. Eswaran Gounder who was standing in the spot, had found the Aadhar Card and showed it to Vigneshwaran.

Vigneshwaran had taken a photo of the card and Esawaran asked why he had taken the photo. Meantime, Ashok Kumar had intervened and said that he is his brother - in – law and had asked Vigneshwaran to leave the place. Immediately Eswaran Gounder had verbally abused them in filthy and derogatory language by referring to the caste names. Later Eswara Gounder along with 5 other persons had brutally attacked Ashok Kumar and Mathivanan by removing their clothes. Complaint was lodged at Palladam Police Station on 15.11.2020 and a case was registered under the SC/ST PoA Act.
