The Victim Anchal was going to defecation in the Farm on the date of 1st october 2020 at the time of 11 am . The Accused people brutally broken her head and murdered to Anchal . 

The family of Victim were waiting to Come of her daughter  for some hour , but she did not came at the home , they had doubt and tried to searching her . they looked every where but they did not got her . but they tried to tried to find her . they went to three to four hundred mitre away in the farm and searchingher and then after find her in a unconscious stage. they tried to find hospital and took her to admitted  but after some time she dead .

after that police captured her dead body and sent to post mortem house to investigate the dead body.

The Victim late Bandana d/o Bajarangi want to self depend ,for that she was doing service in a factory of near of her village. The Krishi vibhag office , Gaisadi was the work place of Victim . whether she was doing work and want to self depend .

The date of Incident she was already went to Private service at the time of 10 am  , when she did not came back her house till 4 pm  family of victim were worried . after some time also waiting to come but till 7 pm she did not come back . 

At the time approxmatelly 7 pm One People by riksha trolly carring her came to her house with a 10 yrs boy child  and took off her from riksha immediatily returned, that time the victim was  unconscious .

Murder of a Dalit Farmer , Burnet dead body by Accused

Late Sarvesh kumar s/o Shivraj was a farmer . he was  two brothers and Sarvesh was younger brother . he was 42 years old. he has approxmately 30 bhigha land and their family is depend on the farming and they urning well by farming .One day  before the incident  disputed with victim family and accused , then after accused threatened to kill him. 

the date of Incident Victim went to his farm and cutting to grass for the animals at the time of 2 pm . after the 2-3 hours he did not got back his house , the family of Sarvesh were starting to searching him at the time of 5 pm. when they reached theirown land they saw to burning sugarcanof the victim. they searched there and found the dead body was burning also with the sugar can . 

they took the body out and tried to addmitted to Victim Sarvesh but not success because there was lock down period . they inform to Police .

The date of 24th august 2020, Late Sapna is now deseased , went to Behajam market for form fill up to admission in the Morning 8 am  . A long time of that she was not came back to home . then worried her parents and searching to her in the Village  and other places , but did not find her. 

The next day on the date of 25th august 2020 the parents of Sapne got information the her daughter\' dead body was  near a pond with mud . 

then parents inform to others and reached there, the incident place  , the place of incident was  Behijam , neem gaon Kheri. 

they inform to police and police captured the dead body of Victim and sent to Post mortem house kheri for Investigation.

 On  the date of 14/8/2020 Incident Victim Went to farm to Defeacation at 2 pm neat of her house in the same village. after a long time she did not come to her house , the parents of Victim  worried and started to searchin her. 

After one and half hour they search in the farms of village area and their house , a Villager Devaki nangdan said to Father of Victim that he was swwn to Victim , was going to the farm of that side. after parents searching according to that direction, there  santosh yadav and Sanjay were siiting in side the sugar can farm and looking to villagers. the parents doubt and searching the same place  and looked her daughter\'s died body and accused ran away.
