On 17^th May 2020, S/o Priyanshu Amar Gautam, was near the village canal, where his cattle (goats) were grazing. While grazing, the goat ate the standing crops from the PArshanath’s farm. On seeing this son of Sudama Singh’ son Ramesh Singh and, Chandan Singh son of Surendra Singh started hitting the victim and the goat. When the managed to escape from the place of incident, the perpetrators further shouted out loud that ‘maar do saalo chamaro ko’, and group of 15-20 people attacked the victim, his brother, his wife and other family members. Victim and his brother got injured gravely, as they attacked with stick, rod, etc.    

Dalit Manguram’s son, Golu went for cattle grazing with his buffalo, while grazing the buffalo reached near the mango tree. On reaching the mango tree, Thakurs started blaming Golu, for picking mangoes, on which fight started, and fearless Thakur children’s , Ranjit Singh, Santosh Singh, Vinod Singh, Pintu singh, Murli Singh, Sushil Singh started abusing, and started kicking, hitting with sticks and the fight turned ugly.  On hearing the cream, Pradip, Sandip, Niraj, Rahul, Lucky, Niraj, Manguram, Minakshi, Shilpa,  and Moolchand, came for help, who were beaten up brutally too. When the village people interrupted, the perpetrators escaped from their, and the village people called 112, for help.  Vitim’s were taken to Police Station: Sikrara, and S.O was informed through oral statement, and later written application was submitted and further victims were sent for medical. FIR was registered

25 days before the date of the incidence Akash, S/o Late Baijlal borrowed 35 Kg wheat. Because of loss of loss of job, due to lockdown, Akash was unable to repay. As, the Dalit family was unable to pay back the money instantly, on return of that Sandip Giri S/o Jagat Giri demanded Motorcycle. Ravi, brother of Akash’s wife just had an operation  On refusing, Sandip Giri demanded to return the wheat. On 15.06.2020, Akash Kanojiya reached Jagat Giri’s house to return the wheat, but the Giri family Akash Kanojiya attacked physically and started using caste abuse. When Akash was getting beaten up by the Giri family, Akash’s mother called him, and heard him crying in pain, she rushed to Jagat Giri’s house to rescue him, but she was also hurt by the Giri family.

Akash and his mother were taken to the Public Healthcare center, for medical and then submitted application to the S.O in the police station Singramau.

In the Public Healthcare centre, the present Dr.Narmal, gave medicine and sent back the victim.  When approached the police authority initially, they were not registering FIR, not were ready for medical. After the head of  Bharatiya Jan Seva called the S.O and C.O , on 18.06.2020 FIR got registered, Pushpa Devi’s name was further added in the FIR copy,  Akash’s chest was hurt, for which again medical was requested.

Dalit victim Omprakash’s son Virendra Kumar was playing hockey with Thakur Savarna’s son Dipak Singh. While they were playing, Virendra’s brother Santosh called him for helping him for grinding the wheat.  Dipak Singh , was forcing Virendra to continue with the game, which caused tiff between them, and Thakur’s son left the place crying and near the crossing of the farm, three more Savarna Thakur boys were present there, to them Dipak Singh falsely alleged that he has been beaten up by the Dalit boys, and abused by them.

On this Anant Singh, Ranjit Singh, Dalit Singh, and Dipak Singh brutally attacked Santosh , and dragged him to the hay stack and left the place.

When the family of the victim got to know about the situation they called, 112, 108. When police reached the Rajbajar station, crowd of 50 from Savarna community reached there and pressured the authority, thus the case got transferred to Maharajganj police beat.

Because of the pain victim returned back home, and on 5.5.2020, went back home. S.O was not registering the case on our application, after a lot of persuasion they agreed to register the FIR, with the re-worded application as dictated by the SO.

Whereas, on the other side, before the FIR of the victim, counter FIR was filed by the perpetrators.

Later,victim was sent to Public Healthcare Centre, where doctor Om Prakash refered trhe victim to Sadart Jaunpur Orthopedic centre, where x-ray of the victim was done, and with medicine the victim was sent back home.

On 06.05.2020, Circle officer MAhendra Pratap Rana Badlapur did the spot investigation and called Four Eye-witness to present and give their statement on 08.05.2020, in Tehsil: Badlapur. Four people gave their statement, however opposition trying to remove the name of 3 accused.
