On dated 27-4-15 at approx:7am accused Rambir reached along with two unknown person at victims house and asked about kamaldeep from his father Munnalal.Munnalal said his son not at home,accused caste abused to Munnalal and went away. Munnalal call to his son kamaldeep in evening then kamaldeep told Rambir abused to him.After that kamaldeep Mobile was switch off and Kamaldeep is missing. Later police arrested to Uttam Kumar in murder case of kamaldeep but deadbody not found .Main accused was not arrested.

Mr. Palani (40) W/o Lakshmi belongs to Dalit community, reside at Chinna pomman salai, Udumalaipet Taluk of Tiruppur District. He was working as a Sanitary worker in Pungamuthu Panchyath in Udummalaipet Taluk. He is the person incharge to put street on and off. Hence every day he usually Kallimedu to on street light by the way of Tirumalai Gounder Agricultural land.

On 09.07.2015 while going to Kallimedu in the way of Tirumalai Gounder Agricultural land, he was stopped by Tirumalai Gounder and his son Senthilkumar. They were caste abused, how Dalit Dog can enter our land. They were abused in the filthy words and brutally attacked him and tied his hand in the pillar and brutally attacked him,He got serious injuries in head and his teeth also broken. Ms. Lakshmi wife of Palani come to his matter, she went to rescuer palani, she also brutally attacked by Senthilkumar and Tirumalai Gounder.  Mr. Palani was admitted in Udumalaipet Government hospital. He lodged complaint against caste hindus. Dally police were filed case against caste hindus. Mr. Palani was discharged from hospital on 27.07.2015.

आज विज्ञानं इतना आगे बढ़ गया है कि लोग मंगल ग्रह पर निवास करने जा रहें हैं । किन्तु आज बी कुछ लोग जादू टोना में विश्वास कर विज्ञानं को धत्ता बता रहें हैं । विदित हो कि सूबे बिहार के वैशाली जिले में कटहरा ओपी क्षेत्र अंतर्गत रसूलपुर फतह निवासी सुभाष राय के आठ वर्षीय पुत्र गौरव कुमार की 4 जुलाई2015 को सांप काट लेने से मृत्यु हो गई । श्री राय एवं उनके परिवार के लोग मृत बालक को उत्तर प्रदेश के शीतला देवी मंदिर ले गया । वहां जिन्दा नहीं हुआ तो यादव परिवार के लोग शव को बखरी दोआ गाँव के दलित महिला उर्मिला देवी के आँगन में लाश को लेजा कर रख दिया और झाड़ फूंक कर जिन्दा करने के लिए विवश कर डाला  । यादव परिवार के लोगों का मानना था कि उर्मिला डायन है । उसीने सांप भेज का गौरव को कटवा दिया है । जिन्दा नहीं करने पर यादव परिवार के लोगों ने उर्मिला के साथ मारपीट एवं अपमानजनक व्यवहार किया । जाति सूचक शब्दों प्रयोग कर भंदी भंदी गलियाँ दी । उक्त घटना 5 जुलाई 2015 को पूर्वाहन 10.15 बजे घटित हुई थी ।

घटना के पीछे कारण यह है कि उर्मिला देवी दिनांक 02.07.2015 को अपने पुत्र चन्दन कुमार से अभियुक्त लाल बाबु राय के चक्की मशीन में 15 किलो गेहूं आट्टा पिसवाने के लिए भेजी थी । मिल मिस्त्री  ने आट्टा सही नहीं पीसा । चन्दन को 15 किलो की बजाय मात्र 04 किलो ही आट्टा दिया । चन्दन आट्टा लेकर घर पहुँचा ।उर्मिला आट्टा कम देख कर पुन: मिल में गयी और 15 किलो आट्टा की माँग करने लगी । मिल मालिक लालबाबू राय ने उर्मिला को आट्टा भी नहीं दिया और दुर्व्यवहार कर भगा दिया । उर्मिला यह कहते व रोते हुए अपने घर लौट गई की वह गरीब है । उसका फैसला ऊपर वाला करेंगे । एक दो दिन में मिल मालिक के परिवार के किसी न किसी सदस्य की मृत्यु हो जाएगी ।

On 17th June, 8 year old Dalit girl from a village named Pilibanga under Hanumangarh District in Rajasthan went along with her brother to clean out trash in a particular spot. At that time a Sharma (Brahmin) boy came and told both brother and sister to come with him and clean his shop for him in exchange for fifty rupees. When they went to his shop, the boy called other goons who covered the girl\\\'s mouth. The boy then threatened her to not shout for help and took her to the fields where she was raped. Her brother (uncle\\\'s son) was then beaten up. It\\\'s been a month since this incident and the girl is still unable to walk or sit properly. But on the day of the incident she mustered the courage to go towards a toll booth 10 kilometers away and inform the officials to tell the police that she was raped. The incident was so horrific that the girl needed 17 stitches in her privates and there are still choke marks on her neck.
