Phool ChandS/o Hukum Chand works along with his wife as a daily wage worker at M.C.D Ward 136 Matiyala. He pays his owner bribe of Rs. 500/ month. if he refuses to pay then he is troubled by the supervisor, inspector and sub inspector. he and his wife tried to complaint it to inspector but he doesn\\\'t listen to them. they have also removed all his records of work even though he is working for past 17 years. they threaten him that they won\\\'t let them become permanent workers. Due to this he is very tensed and under constant pressure. today (26-72014) at 9:32 am he bought kerosene oil for Rs 35 and burn himself. his life was saved as people came to his rescue. after that he was rushed to Safdarjung Hospital delhi.when hopital declared him fit for statement then SI took his statement in presence of his son Badal at 3:00pm. 

At present, Phool Chand is fully recovered. he has got a permanent job. Though he was suppose to get Rs 11 lakhs as compensation from the rehabliatation centre of the government but he has only received Rs 5 lakhs.

And N.K Sharma Plant Manger दारा प्रमोद कुमार(शारीरिक तोर पर अपंग) को सुपरवाइज़र को जान बुझकर अन्य व्यकित अमित वाजपई का सहयोग लेकर जातियतौर पर दफ्तर में बुलाकर उपरोक्त विषय वर्णित चारों फैक्ट्री  अधकारियों दारा चूहड़े चमार कहकर पडताडित करना और फैक्ट्री से निकल जाने के लिए वाद्य करना व यूनियन के कामगार सहयोगी रुख से फैक्ट्री से ना निकाले जाने बजाय उपरोक्त अधिकारियों दारा अपने आप को बचाने की खातिर प्रमोद कुमार(शारीरिक तोर पर अपंग) को फिलौर पंजाब को ट्रांसफर करने के खिलाफ व् SC/ST act के तहत मुक्क्दमा दर्ज करवाने की मांग हेतु जिलाउपायुक्त व पुलिस उपायुक्त ऊना को मिले जिसमे शिकायत की गई की स्थानीय पुलिस ने प्रमोद कुमार के संदरभ में सही से तफतीश नहीं की है व जो भी प्रमोद कुमार की और से चश्मदीद गवाह हैं उनको डराया धमकाया जा रहा है. जो की सारा सर गल्त है. . जिला प्रशासन ने आशवासन दिया की इस केस की प्राथमिकी रिपोर्ट दर्ज होगी व दोबारा से जांच की जाएगी   

गुरवचन सिंह सपुत्र ईशर दास उम्र 80 वर्ष है. गुरवचन सिंह ने हुस्न चन्द सपुत्र लक्षण चन्द जाति राजपूत से सन 1968-69 में 2000/- में 1 कनाल 15 मरले ज़मीन खरीद करी. जिस पर हसन चन्द के भाई के बेटो द्वारा मालिकाना हक़ जताया जा रहा है जिसके के चलते उन्होंने मिलाकर खेत में बिज बोने के दोरान गुरवचन सिंह के परिवार को बुरी तरह से पिटा. 

Gora Singh S/o Bant Ram resident of  Village -Midde Tehsil - Malout Distt- Shri Muktsar Sahib. He belongs to Scheduled caste community. In 2012 Gora Singh give 14 acers land for cultivation from Raj Singh (Panchyat Sec). In 2012 heavy flood in this area, all the crops are destroyed after that Punjab Govt pay the owner of the land Rs.5000/-per acer. Gora singh not get that money from the Government. Gora Singh pay him Rs.10,000/.On 24.8.2014 Gora Singh at his own house Raj Singh came and demand the money from Gora Singh. Raj Singh forcibly be agitated his buffalo, Gora Singh & his family members oppose with Raj Singh then Raj Singh beaten to Gora Singh . Raj Singh call the police from Police Station Kabarwala. Police arrest the victim and beaten him in the police station. After that Gora Singh injured than he admit in PHC Alamwala.
