पीडिता गीता देवी पत्नी नंदलाल निवासी देवरखा थाना आसपुर देवसरा प्रतापगढ़ उ0प्र0 प्रार्थी अनुसूचित जाति की महिला है दिनांक 1-1-2022 को समय 7-30 बजे घर से खाना लेकर आंचल और प्रिया अपने पिता को देने के लिए गाव से दूर पाही पर जा रही थी की रास्ते मे बाला यादव पुत्र रामचरण यादव निवासी सोनपुरा थाना आसपुर देवसार प्रतापगढ़ व उसके साथ एक लोग अन्य जिसका नाम और चेहरा अंधेरा होने के कारण बच्चीय पहचान नही पाई है जब दोनों बहने खाना देकर वापस या रही थी दोनों लोग मेरे बच्चियों को बदनीयती कस नियत से जबरन आंचल का हाथ पकड़कर घसीटने लगे और मेरे दोनों लड़कियों के साथ छेड़ छाड़ करने लगे और तब मेरी दोनों लड़किया हल्ला गुहार को सुनकर मौके पर मोनू दौड़कर बीच बचाव करने लगे फिर किसी तरह से मेरी लड़कियों का इज्जत और जान बची वहा से जाते समय बाला यादव व अज्ञात व्यक्ति ऐलानिया धमकी दिया यदि किसी को बताया तो और थाने गई तो तुम्हें तुम्हारे घर से उठा लाऊँगा  प्रार्थनी ने घटना के संबंध मे 112 डायल पर सूचना दिया पुलिस आई तब तक वो लोग भाग गए उसके पश्चात बाला यादव मेरी लड़की आंचल का मोबाईल भी छिन लिया जिसका नंबर 6390232550 है प्रार्थनी थाना अध्यक्ष को प्रार्थना पत्र दिया कोई कार्यवाही नही किया गया उसके बाद पुनः पुलिस अधीक्षक को प्रार्थना पत्र देकर सूचना दिया गया जिसमे पुलिस अधीक्षक ने आदेश भी दिया की मुकदमा दर्ज कर सूचित करे लेकिन आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नही किया गया पीड़ित आज भी यहा वहा न्याय पाने के लिए दौड़ रही है और आरोपी आज भी खुलेआम घूम रहा है धमकी दे रहा है ! 

Dakshinakannada District Belthangadi taluk, Dharmasthala Kanyadi village, there lived Scheduled Tribes Community belongs late Dharanappa nayak his wife Padmavathi 61 years this couple has one son Dinesh 39 years working as agriculture workare his wife Kavitha 32 years couple had 3 children 2 Female 1 male Swapna-14 years studing in 9th, Deepak 13 years stading 8th, and Sneha 11th years stadying 4th standerd his wife had a small juice shop and they are leading their life. Dinesh is the follower of former MLA vasanth Bangera and he is Congress party worker. he had a friend Krishna @ Kitta 40 years Krishna is worker of RSS BJP party. when asanth Bangera was a sitting MLA on 2012 as the order of government Dinesh had built a house on government land and were living in there later on as per goernment 94 C colum order his site land had been legally governament ordered for him. in the same way Krishna also had built his house in government land so on 2017 when Vasanth Bangera was sitting MLA Dinesh had told MLA to help him and to get order from the govarnment as he told MLA had recommended to government and he had got permit ion from govarnment. Dinesh was telling everyone about this in every time this was irrtating and he was angry on him so on 23-02-2022morning around 10:30 Krishna near to his shop he holds the shirt colour Dinesh and beats him badiy to his stomach and he pushes him to on ground if tell again and again that you have helped me to get right letter of my house fromethe government i will you and he had threatened him. seeing their fight Suhash from the same village had separated them, after that Dinesh had gone to his work there he could not work so he had slept there and in the same day around 2:30 he had come back home. his wife Kavith asks him why have you come back from the wock so soon you don't have work. then he explains everything happened in the morning soon she calls Krishna by phone then he says your husband had insulted me that;s why i have beaten him. then they go to nesrest Danvanthri clinic which is near to their house there doctor had given injection to him than he had suggested to go for an ultra sound scaning. so on 24-02-2022 they go for scanning in Spandana lab center at Ujare there they told liver and viscera had problem and they told us to gofor CT scan then we took him to sri  Dharmasthala Manjunath (SDM) hospital at Ujere there he went on scanning's then there they told viscera and liver has been damaged and bleeding then they referred to Mangalore hospital by ambulance doctor had told us to go to Kanachur privete hospetal but Krishna had took us to Kasthuraba Medical College government hospital (KMC). in the hospitel they have told us that treatment may cost about Rs 4,00,000/- lacks then Krishna took us to district Vesly hospital by the time Dinesh had too much pain then he had put in the ICU then blood and drips were put to him it was 8 O clock night we are not allowed inside the ICU then after 9;30 we went inside ICU the doctor had told us blood sample had sent to Kanachur hospital for test after the report comes we will allow to go for operation since blood report is late we went back then on 25-02-2022 night around 2;30 we went with blood report by the time Dinesh had been dead and they conformed his death.

This incident case has been complained and FIR had been filed on 25-02-2022 the Crime No;17/2022 IPC 1860 u/s 302 and Sc/St (POA) Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(V), 3(1)(V-a) has been filed. 

दिनांक 19.12.2019 को समय करीब 3ः30 ए.एम. पर दलित वृद्ध महिला फूला देवी पत्नी छोगाराम बैरवा निवासी गाता पुलिस थाना पीपलू, जिला टोंक कीे मौत हो गई थी। दलित महिला की मृत्यु के बाद सुबह 8ः30 ए.एम. के लगभग मृतका का दाह संस्कार करने के लिए लकडियों को डालने के लिए श्मशान घाट में गये तो उस समय श्मशान घाट के गेट पर ताला नही लगा हुआ था तो दलित समुदाय के लोगों ने दाह संस्कार करने वाली लकडियों को श्मशान घाट की चार दीवारी के अन्दर लकडी डाल कर घर आ गये । जब दाह संस्कार करने के लिए मृतका के शव को लेकर परिवारजन, रिश्तेदार व समाज के लोग श्मशान घाट पर ले कर गये तो श्मशान घाट के मेनगेट पर दबंग जाट जाति के लोगांे ने श्मशान घाट पर लगा दिया। श्मशान के मेनगेट पर ताला लगा देख दलित समुदाय के लोगो ने कुल्हाडी से ताला तोड कर शव को श्मशान में ले गये।
दलित समुदाय के लोग जब दलित वृद्ध महिला का अंतिम संस्कार करने के लिए अन्तेष्टि तैयार करने के लिए लकडियों को देखा तो श्मशान घाट में लकडियां नही थी, चारों तरफ देखा तो लकडियां चारदीवारी से बाहर पडी हुई थी। जिसकी सूचना प्रशासन को दी जिस पर पुलिस थाना पीपलू से दो पुलिसकर्मी आये उनके साथ चार-पांच जाट जाति के श्योजी, दुर्गालाल, लक्ष्मण लील, गोपाल व सत्यनारायण भी आये और जब दलित समुदाय के लोगों ने उनसे पूछा कि लकडियां बाहर क्यों फंेकी तो जाट समुदाय के लोगो ने कहा कि चार दीवारी के अन्दर चमारो, डेढों को अन्तिम संस्कार नही करने दिया जायेगा और दलित वृद्ध महिला के शव को अपमानित करते हुये चारदीवारी से बाहर निकाल दिया और दाह-संस्कार करने से रोक दिया। जब दलित समुदाय ने इसका विरोध किया तो प्रभावशाली जाति के आरोपी मारपीट करने पर उतारू हो गये और भीड को उकसाया गया कि खून-खराबा कर दो व अंतिम संस्कार मत होने दो।
