घटना कानपुर देहात ग्राम Asuvapur की है पीड़ित की सामाजिक आर्थिक शैक्षिक व राजनीतिक स्थिति पीड़ित आशीष कुमार सामाजिक स्थिति अनुसूचित जाति के अंतर्गत भूमिहीन दैनिक मजदूरी करके अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करते हैं पीड़ित ग्रेजुएट है और पीड़ित अपने मोहल्ले की समस्याओं को जिसे पानी नाली खरंजा रास्ता की शिकायत प्रधान व अन्य करते है पीड़ित की कोई राजनीति पकड़ नहीं है जबकि आरोपी पीसीएस अधिकारी है जो कि अपनी दबंगी दिखाने के लिए कई लोगों के साथ मारपीट हमला किया घटना चुनावी रंजिश आरोपी पक्ष का प्रधान बनता है उसी दबंगों के चलते यह राइफल कई अन्य लोगों के साथ अनुसूचित जाति मोहल्ले में जाते हैं मोहल्ले वालों को परेशान करते हैं वह धमकी देते हैं राइफल दिखाते हैं मारने के लिए और जातिसूचक गाली देते हैं पीड़ित आशीष कुमार अपने मोहल्ले की समस्याओं को देखते और शिकायत करते हैं इसी दौरान आरोपी ने उन पर हमला किया और पूरे परिवार के साथ मारपीट की मारपीट के दौरान गंभीर चोटें आई राइफल दिखाकर धमकाया कि मेरे खिलाफ अगर कहीं भी शिकायत की तो मैं तुम्हें जान से मार दूंगा और जाति आधारित गाली गलौज करते रहे।

Beaten up, Caste abused

The lady teacher is a government school teacher . On the date of incident 30/10/2021 , Victim was in the school and doing their duty . A group of accused entered school and abused her by Caste name. Victim Smt. Jyoti devi was opposed  , but accused were from Brahmin community attacked her and beaten up and insulted . 

The department of education did not help her on this incident while Victim Complained against accused . Then Victim given complaint to police 

Land Dispute, Death

On the date of 30/8/2021 Mr. Shiv prasad was doing protest at the Shivpur Varanasi . On the dispute of land and the case is under trial in the court ,

On the day of protest the police arrested to Shiv Prasad and putted in the custody of police chauki. After this incident some people inform to wife of shiv prasad  and shoked his wife and death .
