Dalit minor victim Nisha Bai, daughter of Dalleram Jatav resident of Raunpur, police station, Baroda district, Alwar, was raped for 7 months by threatening to make a video after drinking intoxicants in water and making it viral on social media.
A Dalit women victim manju devi w/o shri. omprakash meghwal, aged 25, resident of Village gangwa police thana Parbarser District Nagaur. The husband of manju is Labour. She has 2 children one is daughter Santosh kumari (2 years) and son (3 Months). On 19/01/2021 around 3o'clock, the victim manju went to baniyo ke bere place to buy buttermilk far from 1 km to her house. After buying buttermilk she came towards her house the accused Kanaram Jat, Panchuram Jat, Shrawan Jat stops her and took her forcible on their room in the field. After that the 3 accused raped her one by one. After committing the rape, the accused Kanaram Jat put a glass bottle in the victim's genitals and escaped after bruishing and injuring him near the gate on the farm boundary on the way.
The complaint Kuni Chatar W/O- Nanda Chatar of village/post- Uchapada Ps- Tangi Chaudwar Dist- Cuttack lodged FIR before the Tangi PS on dated 8/12/2021 at one 1.50 pm stated that the accused Basanta Swain (Babu) S/o- Hrusikesh Swain at about 3.30 pm of dated 7/12/2021 the accused taking the advantage of the absent of victim's parents. He took attempt for sexually harassment to the victim namely srimati chatar 10 years old. The minor victim loudly shouted. Nobody was there to rescue to victim nor to catch as a result the accused raped the victim girl and there was seviour bleeding. When the mother of the victim returns from his work the victim narrated the incident to her then the mother of the victim took her to the local medical Tangi primary health center then she was referring to S.C.B Medical College and Hospital of her treatment. The victim returns to home. Then there was a FIR before the local police Tangi PS case No 239 Dated 8/12/2021 requested a case under section 376 AB of POSCO Act and with section 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va).
