STATEMENT BY VICTIM'S MOTHER-

Mami Singh has three children, one son and two daughters. Her husband Mr. Babula Singh has left her many years ago. She was staying with her children at Kathajodi vihar.C.D.A, Cuttack. She is a domestic worker at three houses cuttack. Her son is working in a milk shop at cuttack. On 8th february 2019 in the morning around 8a.m as usual she went for her domestic work in cuttack.and around 1p.m she came to the house and and didnot find her two daughters. Till evening they searched everywhere but did not find them. After that in the evening she went to the Police station to complain about her daughter missing. On 12.02.2019 around 10a.m his younger daughter Lipa came to house and she asked where has gone yesterday without informing . Lipa told they went to Keonjhor to his cousin sister house and came back evening. When they reached Cuttack Railway Station his elder sister Deepa called to Karuna Kumar Das (Sania). They went somewhere without her knowledge and Sania Brother-in-law took her to his house and Lipa stayed one night there and Sania's Brother-in-law had kept Lipa. He instructed her not go by auto and he left the place. Lipa was not able to speak about her incident. She told , if she tell then they might kill her . She was crying . On 12th February 2019 in evening they went to the police station and complained lodge against Sania under kidnapped case.

On 14th feb , 2019 around 7a.m Mami had gone to collect cow dung. When she returned home and saw door was closed inside. She tired to open but could not open the door. She called someone and broke the door and saw her younger daughter hanging herself in tawel, Suddenly she snachted her and checkedon her but she was dead.She called Chiana and they went to Police station and complained about the incident . Then police came to their house and took the dead-body for the postmortem. On15-02-2019 Deepa came to the police station . She didnot give chance to talk anything with her mother. Her daughter is at Basundhar, Cuttack Shelter Home.

A minor girl namely Seema Majhi, aged about 15 years, daughter of Karabira Majhi of Dakhin Dhamara under Dhamara Marine PS in the district of Bhadrak was kidnapped by one youth Suresh Lenka alias Gunia, aged about 22 years, son of Aju Lenka of Jamuka village under Dhamra PS on 10.4.21 evening. Suresh belonged to general caste while Seema hailed from SC category. Basing on the written complaint filed by Karabira Majhi and Dosingha PS case no 38 was registered on 10.4.21. The accused was arrested and forwarded to judicial custody U/S 363 IPC. The accused and the victim were produced before the designated court later. Allegedly, the Police officer in charge of the case persuaded the victim to give a false statement so that the accused can be released with the understanding that both shall get married when she attains the marriageable age of 18years. The court passed the order to that the girl shall be handed over to her guardian’s custody by the police. However, the girl went with Suresh to his place with clear knowledge of the police. From that day the girl was staying in the house of the accused.

On 14.7.21, it was learnt by the father of the girl that Seema was murdered.  He immediately rushed to the Dhamra Marine Police Station and lodged complaint. The police proceeded to the spot and necessary steps were taken for post mortem of the body and FIR no 15 was registered under Section 302 IPC; later Sections 376(3)(2)(n), 363, 366, 302 IPC, 6(1) POCSO Act and 3(2)(v) of SC ST PoA Act was added. Suresh Lenka and his father Aju Lenka were arrested and forwarded to jail custody. SDPO, Chandabali also visited the spot. The Post Mortem report has not been received by the police yet. The accused side push it as a story of suicide. A serious allegation is being made by the father of the victim that the police washed the clothes of the victim in detergent powder which may be the design to cover up.

                                     दबंग छात्रों ने चाकू से गोद - गोद कर दलित छात्र की हत्या कर डाली 

घटना सूबे बिहार के सीतामढ़ी जिले के रीगा थाना क्षेत्र  रीगा स्टेशन टोला की है . अजय धारती , पिता - राम चन्द्र पासवान , जाति - अनुसूचित जाति ( दुसाध ) उक्त गांव के निवासी हैं . वे मजदूरी कर अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण किया करते है . उनकी खाशियत यह है कि गरीबी की हालत में भी अपनी संतानों को पढ़ाते है . मृतक अमन राज , उम्र करीब 15 वर्ष उन्ही का पुत्र था . उसके घर के बगल में एक कोचिंग संस्थान है जिसमे वह पढाई करता था . उसका पडोसी प्रियांशु भी अमन के साथ ही उक्त कोचिंग में पढ़ता था . दोनों के बीच काफी नजदीकी थी . अप्प्रधियों द्वारा अमन की हत्या में प्रियांशु का इस्तेमाल किया . कहते है कि दिनांक : 25 . 09 .2021 को अपराधियों द्वारा पूर्व प्लानिंग के अनुसार प्रियांशु कुमार के द्वारा अमन कुमार को किसी बहाने उसके घर से बुलाकर किसी सुनाशान जगह पर ले जाया गया और दिनदहाड़े चाकू से गोद गोद कर उसकी निर्मम हत्या कर दी गई . घटना का कारन यह है की कुछ दिनों पूर्व कोचिंग में अगले बंच पर बैठने के लिए गैर अनुसूचित जाति के छात्रो से अमन के स्थ झगडा झंझट हुआ था . ह्हत्रो ने उसे देख लेने की धमकी थी .

घटना सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के ढाका थाना क्षेत्र के ढाका लहान गांव की है . पीडिता सबिता देवी , पिता - जय्किशुं राम , उम्र करीब 16.5 वर्ष , जाति -अनुसूचित जाति ( चमार ) , उक्त गावं के निवासी है . उसकी आर्थिक दशा आज भी इतनी फटेहाल है कि उसके घर में किवाड़ तक नहीं है . दिनांक 15.09.2021 को रात्रि पीडिता अपने घर में सोaयी हुई थी . रात के करीब 1.00 बजे , उक्त गावं के एक आपराधि छवि का युवक मो० लालबाबू , उम्र करी 28 वर्ष , पिता - लाल महमद , जाति - मुस्लिम , आया और उसके घर में चुपके से प्रवेश कर जहाँ पीडिता सोयी थी वहां  गया थान उसके साथ दुष्कर्म करने लगा . युवती की नींद खुली तो वह घिघियाने व् रोने चिल्ल्लाने लगी . उसके घर के लोग जग गए और उसके कमरे की तरफ आने लगे आने की आवाज सों कर आपराधि पीडिता का पर्स , रूपए ईवा आभूषण लूट कर भाग निकला .  उक्त सन्दर्भ में ढाका थाना में कांड संखया 455 / 21 U/s 457,380,376 ,511,506 ipc & 3(2)(Va) SC/ST act के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी . 

विदित हो कि रेपिस्ट आपराधिक छवि का युवक है . उसके विरुध विभिन्न थाना में आपराधिक मुक़दमे दर्ज है . उसके आपराधि कारनामो से गावं के लोग भी त्रस्त है . पुलिस रेपिस्ट के प्रभाव में आगई है और मामले को रफ्फा - दफ्फा करने में जुटती हुई है .
