The contract of liquor is being operated in the name of Mr. Rajendra Singh situated on the deceased Nathi Ram Valmiki at Tijara Road, but he is doing the work of salesmen for the last two years and also doing work as watchmen in night. Therefore, he is sleeping in the shop. The brother Sunil Valmiki of deceased person also sleeps with him. On 27^th January 2021, around 9.00 pm the accused Satvir Singh alias Farra Gurjar and Ajit resident Kakra, came to liquor shop and knock the door. When Nathi and his brother Sunil did not open the shop the accused hit the door by rod. After hitting to the shop by the rod, the deceased Nathi opened the shutter of the shop and the accused asked for alcohol. For refusing to drink, both the accused hit Nathi's head with an iron rod and therefore, he is injured and started bleeding. After this incident both the accused ran away. After this incident the people took Nathi to Alwar hospital where he is referred to Jaipur hospital and during treatment he was died on 29^th January 2021The Dalit logged a bearing complaint F.I.R. 0045/21 dated on 28/1/2021 under clause 323, I.P.C & 3(1) (r), 3 (1) (S) SC/ST Act 1989, Amendment act 2015 and 2018 enrol the acts under section SC/ST. The police has been submitted the charge sheet before the SC/ST court, Alwar against 2 peoples.
