Allegedly Nanda Rout runs a business of illegal liquor trade in the village Kaduamagura. Ashok Mallik had complained about the trade in the past. On the day of the incident on 13.2.2021, Ashok had gone to the local WSHG and discussed regarding lodging complaint with the Police and other departments regarding the liquor trade. At about 9.45Pm the accused Nanda Rout and his wife Chabirani Rout went near the house of Ashok and shouted at the mother of the victim with abusive language aspersing her caste name. When Ashok came out and protested, he was assaulted with a shaft resulting in grievous head injury. The victim was shifted to Dhrmasala Health Centre and treatment was given. It required 4 stitches on his head. Later basing on his complaint FIR was registered.

           Pravakar Gochhayat and Sadhana Bhoi lived with their daughter Srimati Bhoi, aged about 13 years and three other daughters and only son at village Banahara under Salepur Police Station in Cuttack district. Both husband and wife are daily labourers and earn their livelihood by daily wages. The family has been living in the house of Sri Binabar Das for 15 nearly years. Srimati Bhoi studies in class 8^th at Kulia High School. On 16.1.2021 Pravakar Gochhayat  and Sadhana Bhoi went for daily labour work. In the absence of her parents Srimati was alone at home. At about 2 pm one Manoj Kandi came to her house, took her inside a room, bind her mouth and legs with a cloth (Gamuchha) and raped her. After that another person Neula Behera raped her. They threatened her not to disclose the matter before anyone otherwise they will murder her and her brother. In the next day again both of them raped her in absence of her parents. On the first day she did not disclose the incident to her parents, but on the second day she felt very weak and pain and she narrated the matter to her parents.

          This was reported to police on 19.1.2021 through a written complaint and Salepur Police Station case No. 14 was registered under Section 376-D, 450, 506, IPC with 6 POCSO Act. The medical examination of the girls was delayed by the police.

घटना सूबे बिहार के पटना जिले के पटना शहर के बुद्धा कोलानी स्थित जगत क्रांति अपार्टमेंट , नागेश्वर कोलोनी निवासी श्री प्रुशोतम पासवान जाति अनुसूचित जाति ( दुसाध )जो वर्तमान में सहरसा के ADM है के 30 वर्षीय पुत्र दीपक पुरुषोतम के साथ घटित हुई है .

घटना सूबे बिहार के नगर थाना सीतामढ़ी के मोहनपुर ग्राम निवासी जगदीश राम के पुत्र हरेन्द्र राम के साथ घटित हुई . हरेन्द्र राम अनुसूचित जाति का सदस्य था . उसकी आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत दयनीय है . उसके परिवार में उसकी पत्नी सुलेखा सहित 05 नादान बच्चियां है . 10 दिन पूर्व उसको एक पुत्र पैदा हुआ था . दिनांक 12.08.2021 उसी की ख़ुशी में पास पड़ोस में मिठाई बाँट रहा था . संध्या करीब 4-00 बजे गांiवं के एक ऑटो चालक लालमुनी सिंह,  उम्र करीब 33 वर्ष पिता - बासुदेव सिंह पार्टी देने के नाम पर उसे घर से बुलाकर ले गया  और उसकी निर्मम हत्या करके एनएच 77 के पास लेजाकर फेक दिया . दिनांक 14 . 08 .2021 को शव की जानकारी मिली . जहाँ से शव प्राप्त हुआ वह स्थल रीगा थाना क्षेत्र में पड़ता है . रीगा पुलिस द्वारा शव को अपने कब्ज़ा में लेकर postmortom के लिए भेज दिया गया . इसके पूर्व शव के साथ आक्रोशित लोगों द्वारा मोहनपुर चौअ gyaक सीतामढ़ी को करीब 05 घंटे जाम रखा गया . स्थानीय डीएसपी एवं पुलिसे कर्मियों द्वारा न्याय दिलाने के आश्वाशन देकर जाम हटवाया गया . घटना के सन्दर्भ में रीगा थाना में कांड सं : 283/21 , U/s 302,201,34 IPC के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है . मामले में sc st act की धराए नहीं लगे गयी है . अपराधी गिरफ्तार नहीं किया गया है . 

                                                  Smruti Mallik is a 15 year old girl daughter of Bidyadhar Mallik of village Dandikira under Tulasipur GP in Nimapara Police Station area of Puri District. One Gopinath Mishra, nickname Gudu, S/o- Jatia Mishra of Keshereipur village, Police Station- Niali under Cuttack district was following her repeatedly and trying to trouble her for over 7 months. Nearly 4 months ago, Gopinath telephoned Smruti; being irritated she informed and gave the phone to her mother Urmila. Urmila asked Gopinath why he was repeatedly making phone calls to Smruti. Gopinath could not reply properly and handed over the phone to his mother. There was hot exchange of words and Gopinath’s mother abused Urmila aspersing her caste name. Following the incident Gopinath threatened over phone to kidnap Smruti.

               On 5.7.2020 Smruti’s parent’s had gone out to attend a marriage function. Smruti, her younger sister and her grandfather were at home. At about 7 pm Smruti had gone to the toilet in their back yard. Gopinath and two other persons were hiding near the toilet. They put a Gamuchha (Towel) on Smruti’s mouth and took her forcibly to nearby field. There they tried to rape her. In desperation Smruti kicked one of the abductors and he fell down. Somehow Smruti escaped, ran back towards her home and fainted near their back yard toilet.

               Smruti’s aunt and cousin found her there, rescued her and took her to Charichhak CHC. She was extremely shocked and unconscious. She was referred to Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar. From there she was advised to consult doctors at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. After going through treatment she returned home on 9.7.2020.

 On 10.7.2020 Smruti described the incident of forcible abduction and attempt of rape to her mother. Her father immediately informed the matter to the Sarapanch. On the next day he filed a complaint in Charichhak Police Out Post. Initially Police did not register FIR. The matter was taken up by Ambedkar-Lohia Vichar Manch and a team conducted Fact Finding. During the fact finding the team met the IIC, Nimapara and FIR No. 156 was registered u/s 341, 294, 323, 354, 376, 506, 507, 511, 34 IPC,  3(1)( r )(s)(w) (i)(ii), (2)(va) SC/ST (PoA) Act. 1989 with 7 of POCSO Act.
