On dated 3rd November 2020, the victim girl Neelima Sanjay Sawant age 20 years, caste SC (Chambhar) came to her maternal uncle home for Divali festival at Toli Village, Tq.Parola, Dist. Jalgaon. On 7th November 2020 @ 11am the uncle went to market and when return home his niece Neelima was not at home when inquired she was missing. They searched her and lodged missing complaint with Parola PS next day on 8th November 2020. The police searched her and shw was found in unconcious position so admitted to Kutir Hospital Parola and informed the relatives. Thereafter she was refered to Dhule Civil Hospital as it was poison case and serious one. When she was in ambulance on the way of Dhule Civil Hospital the vicitm Neelima told her relatives that one of her friend Shivanand Shalik Pawar (accused) was forcing her to call and do friendship, as she was avoiding he kidnaped her with the help of two more accused Pappu Ashok Patil and Ashol Walaji Patil and forced her to drink some numb medicine and raped her entire night one by one. After admitting to Dhule Hospital she also informed that one woman name not known also helped them to do this and abused her on caste and also beaten. The victim Neelima died in hospital on dated 10th November 2020. Hospital confirmed the gangrape and injury marks on several parts of her body. 

On dated 25th January 2021, at the evening around 6pm, the victim Shevanta Thorat belonging to SC-Mang caste were as usuually returning from the farm work, the accused Mr. Mahavir Raut followed her and stoped her and molested her and outraged her modesty. When she shouted he ran away and again around 6.45 accused stoped her in village and near kirana shop and abused her on caste and threatened. 

The father of victim Sagar Rajguru belonging to SC Chamar caste was working at Janta School, Tembhurni, Tq.Madha, Dist. Solapur and completed around 22 years of service as Laboratory Assistant and died on 26/09/2008 during the service. His family is granted the pension after his death. The son of deceased i.e. victim Sagar Rajguru has given application in the year 2008 to the school for taking him on service at the place of his father on compassionate basis. Since 208 till 2019 he took followup with the all accused holding the post of Chairman, Secretary and Principal but all the accused denied to take him on service as he belong to Chamar caste. Therefore he made complaint to the District Education Officer and the office informed that the school administration has not sent the proposal, insteade they appointed one Dattatray Navanath Gaikwad on the said post providing false and misleading information. 

The SC Family of Victim Mangal Shinde is residing at Shelgaon Wangi, Tq. Karmala, Dist. Solapur from last 6 years and working as farm labour in the field of land owner Dharmaraj Dagadu Ombase. The son in law of field owner Mr. Shashikant Kekane belonging to Vanjari caste disliking the work of this SC family and constantly threatening to leave the job. On dated 13th January 2021 the accused Shashikant Kekane came to the hut of SC Family on field and abused on caste and threatened to leve the job.
