Brutally beaten at liquor shop

The contract of liquor is being operated in the name of Mr. Rajendra Singh situated on the deceased Nathi Ram Valmiki at Tijara Road, but he is doing the work of salesmen for the last two years and also doing work as watchmen in night. Therefore, he is sleeping in the shop. The brother Sunil Valmiki of deceased person also sleeps with him. On 27th January 2021, around 9.00 pm the accused Satvir Singh alias Farra Gurjar and Ajit resident Kakra, came to liquor shop and knock the door. When Nathi and his brother Sunil did not open the shop the accused hit the door by rod. After hitting to the shop by the rod, the deceased Nathi opened the shutter of the shop and the accused asked for alcohol. For refusing to drink, both the accused hit Nathi's head with an iron rod and therefore, he is injured and started bleeding. After this incident both the accused ran away. After this incident the people took Nathi to Alwar hospital where he is referred to Jaipur hospital and during treatment he was died on 29th January 2021The Dalit logged a bearing complaint F.I.R. 0045/21 dated on 28/1/2021 under clause 323, I.P.C & 3(1) (r), 3 (1) (S) SC/ST Act 1989, Amendment act 2015 and 2018 enrol the acts under section SC/ST. The police has been submitted the charge sheet before the SC/ST court, Alwar against 2 peoples.

THE VICTIM\'S DAUGHTER INTERMARRIED WITH A MUSLIM BOY .ACCORDING TO RITIRIVAJA, THE VICTIM\'S DAUGHTER MAHERI HAD COME FOR THR RAKSHABHANDHAN FESTIVAL AND AS HER FATHER -IN-LAW DID NOT RETURN THE SAME DAY, HER HUSBAND, HIS FRIEND AND RELATIVES QUARRELED WITH THE VICTIM AND HER TWO CHILDREN ON THE STREET OUTSIDE THE VICTIM\'S HOUSE. THEY HURLED OBSCENE FILTHY INSULTS ,BEAT HIM WITH A STICKS AND A BLANDE AND TORE THE VICTIM\'S BLOUSE , CAUSING EMBARRASSMENT.

At approx. Five years ago victim Manprit Kour(25y) d/o Paramjit singh caste Majhabi Sikh(SC) r/o Gopal colony ward-24 did arrange marriage with accused Kamal Tehri caste Panjabi r/o Arjunnagar panipat. After some time accused Kamal, his mother Sarojbala, his father Surender Tehri tortured to victim Manprit for Dowry and others little reasons. Whenever victims family given sufficient materials to victim Manprit at the time of marriage. But all accused beaten and tortured and false allegation of theft on victim. Accused caste abused to victim“ Majhbi Chudi Kutti” many times.
After her marriage approx.: one year went in a marriage along with accused at Panjab. Accused Sarojbala trying sexual exploitation with her nephew forcedly, but victim run away that room.
Approx.: two years ago accused Surender Tehri put a false allegation of theft on victim Manprit kour in which police given clean chit when both side of panchayat given written statement to police accused Surender Tehri cheating in written statement that Paramjit taken rs.one lakh from him.
Victims held 8-9 panchayat with accused family.
On dated 17.2.2019 when Dalit Panchayat reached at accused house where accused Sarojbala insulted all panchayat that “ all Chude Chamar gathered at my Door”. After this two panchayat also held but accused insulted to victims.
Victims given complaint to SP/DSP/ SHO Women P.S.
Police registered a FIR No. 0100 u/s 406/488-A/506 IPC & 3 Sc/St Act 1989 on 16.5.2019

हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला काँगड़ा में पालमपुर के पास ठाकुरद्वारा में वन विभाग द्वारा उजाड़े गये अनुसूचित जाति के ६ परिवारों को सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों ने मंदिर में तो आसरा नहीं दिया लेकिन सरायें में भी सामान रखने से रोका तथा मंदिर में ताला लगा दिया.
महोदय,
हम सब अनुसूचित जाति से सम्बन्ध रखते है और ग्राम पंचायत खलेट के रोड़ी गाँव में रह रहे है. तथा अपनी आजीविका कमा रहे है.जब वन विभाग ने हमारे आशियाने तोड़ दिए थे , तो हमें वहां पर उपस्थित बुद्धिजीवियों ने कहा कि अपना सामान शिव मंदिर में रख दो. तब सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों ने मंदिर में तो आसरा नहीं दिया लेकिन सरायें में भी सामान रखने से रोका तथा मंदिर में ताला लगा दिया. और हमारा सामान बहार फेंक दिया.

A Dalit Namely Darshendra have been murdered in Firozabad. When he was returned his home From their Shop. Police has been Filled FIR in IPC 302 but unfortunately the Criminals is still out of reach of police. According to their family member the accused is assertive and belongs to \"YADAV\" Cast so they have political protection.
Sir please Direct Concern officer to Arresting of Accused as early as possible.
