शिवली वार्ड नंबर देवनगर कानपुर देहात की घटना राधा पत्नी राकेश कुमार पुत्र सुनील कुमार उम्र लगभग 22 वर्ष घटना की तारीख 10 जुलाई 2021 को लगभग 10:00 बजे सुनील कुमार घर पर था तभी आशीष तिवारी पुत्र वीरेंद्र तिवारी सुनील कुमार को पल्लेदारी के लिए घर से ले गए पीड़ित सुनील कुमार दिन भर घर नहीं आया और रात को भी सुबह जब पीड़ित परिवार को सुनील कुमार नहीं मिला तो वह आशीष कुमार के घर पूछने गए कि मेरा लड़का कहां है तभी वहां से कुछ लोगों ने गाली गलौज करके वहां से भगा दिया और कुछ समय बाद गांव में खबर आई थी सुनील कुमार मरा हुआ रोड के पास पड़ा है पुलिस पहले पहुंच चुकी थी परिवार जन जब पहुंचे देखा कि सुनील कुमार मरा हुआ पड़ा था और उसके शरीर में पूरी जगह शरीर को छेदा गया था और उसका बुरी तरह मर्डर किया गया आरोपी आशीष कुमार ने सुनील कुमार का मर्डर किया है ऐसा आरोप सुनील कुमार के माता पिता ने लगाया तभी आशीष कुमार ने सुनील कुमार के परिजनों को जातिसूचक गालियां दी और धमकी देता रहा कि तुम मेरा कुछ नहीं कर पाओगे मेरी पहुंच बहुत ऊपर तक है

The incident happened in village karmawan of dhaka police station area in distct east champaran in the state of Bihar . victim chandani kumari age about 12 years , father,s Pramod Paswan is a resident of the above mentioned village .The victim came out alone from her house for defecation around 7.30 pm on 05.09.2021 and started going towards the farm.In this sequence, Maqbool Ansari, a criminal of the same village, aged about 25 years, father Gafoor Ansari started following the victim. After going some distance, the criminal arched the victim's mouth from behind and picked her up and planted it in the field and started raping her. The victim started crying and protesting.Hearing the voice of the victim, her mother Chuniya Devi, neighbors Chunni Devi, Sugandhi Devi, Lakshmi Kumari and others rushed to the spot.Seeing the people coming, the accused ran away. People ran and caught the criminal and later handed him over to the police.In the above context, Dhaka Police Station Case No. 441/21, U/S 376 (iii) IPC, 3 (1) (r ) (s ) , 3 (2 )(v ) sc /ST act & 4 /8 under POCSO Act An FIR has been registered . 

    दलित छात्र की एक साजिश के तहत हत्या

घटना सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी च्मपरण जिले के छतौनी थाना क्षेत्र के छोटा बरियारपुर निवावासी अनुसूचित जाति सदस्य श्री अशोक राम के नाती आदर्श कुमार उर्फ़ विशु के साथ घटित हुई . आदर्श कुमार मोतिहारी के DAV स्कुल में वर्ग 10 वाँ का छात्र था . उसी विद्यालय की एक सामान्य जाति की छात्रा साक्षी कुमारी के साथ दोस्ती हो गयी थी . छात्रा भी बरियारपुर गाँव की रहने वाली है .  दोaनों की दोस्ती छात्र के पिता एवं उनके परिवार के सदस्यों को नागवार गुजर रही थी . पिचले दिनों साक्षी के पिता एवं परिवार के सदस्यों द्वारा साक्षी से दोस्ती विच्छेद कर लेने को चेताया था तथा नहीं विच्छेद करने पर सम्बन्ध विच्छेद नहीं करने पर खामियाजा भुगतने की भी धमकी दी गयी थी . दिनाक 14 .10.2021 की संध्या करीब 7.30 बजे संध्या आदर्श को किसी ने फोन कर बुलाया . आदर्श फोन रिसीव करने के बाद गन्तव्य स्थान के लिए चलगया उसके बाद वह वापस नहीं लौटा . कल हो सुबह में उसकी लाश सादर अस्पताल मोतिहारी में मिली . 

कहते है की आदर्श को एक साजिश के तहत फोन करके बुला लिया गया और रात्रि में उससे पीट पीट कर हत्या कर दी गयी था साक्ष्यi  मिटने के लिए शव को रेलवे लाइन के समीप मोतिहारी रजा बाज़ार के सामने फेंक दिया गया . नगर थाना मोतिहारी की पुलिस लाश को उठाकर postmortum के लिए सादर अपताल मोतिहारी ले गयी थी जहा postmortum के बाद शव को अशोक राम एवं उनके परिवार के लोग पहचान कर ले गए . घटना के संदर्भ में दिनक 15.10.2021 को नगर थाना मोतिहारी में कांड सं०: 628/21 U/S 302,120(B),34 IPC & 3(1)(r)(s) ,3(2)(v) SC/ST Act. के तहत साक्षी कुमारी , उसके पिता छोटू श्रीवास्तव , चाचा -रवि श्रीवातव एवं पुप्पू श्रीवास्तव , उसकी माता के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज करायी गयी है . 

The informant namely Krushna Barik had got land at Mouza- Megha Village which was used by the informant for plantation of cashewnuts and in the meantione the accused persons namely - Bibhuti Jay Sitha & his associates came used unparliamentary languages, threaten, threw stone for which informant side were injured. The informant has given report who is a general caste and the accused Bibhuti Jay Sitha belongs to ST caste who has been implicated as accued in this case. 

On 15-09-2019 at 9.00 am the complainant namely Laxmipriya Mallick D/O- Paramananda Mallick Of village- Jodumu PS- Badamba Dist- Cuttack was physically assaulted , tortured & even boycutted from using of village pond for bathing purpose. At that time one wife of Bisuni Biswal wrongfully restrained her in obscene languages by caste of Kandara girl and abusing took away by child, thereafter she returned to her house . In the meantime accused husband Bisuni Biswal at about 04.00 pm forcibly come to her house abusing her. When her mother protested the accused Bisuni Biswal and his wife commited assault dragged her hair outrage her modesty. Thereafter the above noted accused persons abused her in filthy languages by means of Thenga assult her head and threatened for dire consequences of their common intention.
