The Dalit Lawye Adv. Sujit Nikalje doing Ph.D.(Law) from Mumbai City came to his native village with his family as there was lockdown in city. On dated 6th September 2020 when he went to his farm and near by his farm his wife was swiming in the river six accused beloning to Maratha community were allready there in the river and one of them outraged the modesty of wife of Sujit Nikalje. The accused were from the next village of the victim and they were knowing the caste of victim so they again came to the victim and talked in abusive language and disputed. Thereafter when the victims family were going back to their home the six accused came there alongwith sticks and rods and assaulted the victim Sujit Nikalaje and his brother Swapnil Nikalje and abused on caste.  

On dated 27^th August 2020 @ around 6.30 pm, the Complainant Sushma Sunil More and three other women were discussing some issues in front of Dnyanganga Academy with the Buddhist Dharmaguru Prakash Bhalerao and Prakash Kharat. At that time the accused Yuvraj Kadam, Ganesh Kadam and Bharat Kadam who were dunked came there and started abusing on caste and also outraged the modesty of victim by tearing the blouse in public.  

On dated 1st January 2021 @ about 8.30 pm, the vicitm Sunil Yuvraj Kamble belonging to SC (Mahar) community was returning to his village and on the middle of the road he stopped his motorbike for urine. At that time the accused Sagar Madane and Ajay Jadhav belonging to Ramoshi caste came there and abused the victim and threatened them to compromise the case which was filed against them by cousins and assaulted the victim.

 victim Bhagwati (46y) w/o late sh. Jai singh caste Jatav r/o village Belerkha tehsil Narwana district Jind. She has seven children in which two girls are married. All victims including her sons Vijender, Dinsh, Ranjeet are doing labor at brick- kiln at kharal-Pather in the village.

Before the attack on victims 4-5- days, accused Anil kumar(30y) s/o Dhoop singh caste Jat r/o village Kharal were going at poli farm near brick-kiln. Where his car was stick in the mud therefore accused call to victims vijender (22y) s/o jai singh caste jatav, Dinesh(17y) s/o jai singh caste jatav, Ranjeet(17y) s/o amar singh caste kashyap, vipin(20y) s/o omshankar. All victims trying to push the car from mud, but car was not came out from the mud. Due to this accused got angry and abused and threaten that “you despicable people are coming here; I will teach a lesson later.

On dated 11.5.21 at approx. 7.30pm victims Vijender, Dinesh and Ranjeet were return back their home after taking his home items. Yet satish(42y) s/o punnaram caste valmiki and sanjay(27y) s/o ramkishan caste kashyap met him. Yet accused Anil kumar came in high speed Ritz car no. HR32-4592 and hit all of them very brutally.

All victims were seriously injured and admitted incivil hospital Narwana, but all was referred to Agroha hospital due to serious condition. Now they are admitted in private hospital Sarvodya. In this intensely attack ranjeet lost his leg and his right hand also broken, vijender leg also broken three sides, sanjay leg and hand also broken and sanjay leg also broken. All is admitted in hospital till now.   

यह घटना जिला ऊना की तहसील अम्ब  के गांव व्  डाकघर कुनेरन   की है. इस गावं में चमार जाति के 200 घर ,राजपूत जाति के 200 ,बाती (OBC) जाति के 100 घर , नाई जाति के 7 घर , ब्राह्मण जाति के 7 घर ,  बाजीगर जाति के 20 घर है.  यह गांव ऊना मुख्यालय से 45  कि०मी० की दुरी पर है.राज्य हिमाचल में जातिय व्यवस्था पर आधारित छुआछूत की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है भारत को आज़ाद हुए 70 वर्ष के करीब हो गए है पर ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता रखने वाले लोग आज भी समाज में मौजूद है.

             अम्ब के कुनेरन  में चमार  जाति में से शशी वाला  पत्नी राजकुमार  रहती है. शशी  वाला दिशा वर्कर है. शशी  वाला की उम्र  42  वर्ष है.  शशी वाला के दो बच्चे है. एक बेटा और एक बेटी. दोनों बच्चे अभी पढ़ रहे है. शशी  वाला के पति राजकुमार ध्याड़ी – मजदूरी करते है.  शशी वाला के गावं व् डाकघर  का पता कुनेरन, तहसील. घनारी जिला ऊना है. शशी वाला और उसका परिवार इससे पहले जिला काँगड़ा परागपुर में रहते थे. शशी वाला और उसके परिवार को यहाँ रहते हुए 26 वर्ष हो चुके है. यहाँ पर रहने के लिए ज़मीन शशी वाला के ससुर लक्ष्मीदास ने  खरीदी थी जो की केंसर के मरीज है और उनकी आखरी स्टेज है. शशी वाला की कुल ज़मीन 8 कनाल 10 मरले है. शशी वाला के पति ने रास्ते के लिए अढाई मरले जगह साढ़े 6 हजार में खरीदी थी. इस रास्ते को खरीदे हुए 7 साल हो चुके है. शशी वाला और उसके पति राजकुमार ने दिनांक : 27.10.2020 को अपनी ज़मीन की निशानदेही पूरी पंचायत और पुलिस अधिकारीयों के सामने करवाई. शशी वाला के हिस्से में आई ज़मीन पर शशी वाला और उसके पति राजकुमार ने पूरी पंचायत के सामने मजबूत लोहे के एंगल लगाये. लेकिन अशोक कुमार सपुत्र० जगदीश राम निवासी नंगल जरियाला तहसील घनारी जिला ऊना का रहने वाला है.और उसका ससुराल शशी वाला के गावं कुनेरन में है.  और तरसेम स्पुत्र० बलदेव सिंह जो की कुनेरन गावं का ही स्थायी निवासी है. यह दोनों राजपूत जाति में से है और अक्सर शशी वाला और उसके परिवार के साथ लड़ाई – झगड़ा और गाली  गलोच करते रहते है.अशोक कुमार और तरसेम ने निशानदेही के समय वार्ड पंच के साथ बदसलूकी की और शशी वाला और उसके परिवार के साथ गाली – गलोच व् लड़ाई – झगड़ा किया.सरकारी कागजों में यह शरेआम रास्ता है. लेकिन अशोक कुमार उस ज़मीन पर अपना हक जताता है. शशी वाला और उसके परिवार को उस रास्ते से जाने भी नही देते है. शशी वाला का घर गावं में अकेला है.. अशोक कुमार और तरसेम आये दिन शशी वाला और उसके परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकियां देते रहते है. शशी वाला के गावं से ही चमार जाति में से राजकुमारी पत्नी गुरदेव सिंह रहती  है. जिसकी उम्र 50 साल के करीब है और अशोक कुमार के खेतों पर काम करती है. राजकुमारी और उसका बेटा अक्सर अशोक कुमार को शशी वाला और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ भडकाते रहते है. राजकुमारी का बेटा शशी वाला और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ ऑनलाइन झूठी  शिकायते करता रहता है. और राजपूतों को शशी वाला और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ भड़काता रहता है  दिनांक : 02.11.2020 को  सुबह 10:30 बजे अशोक कुमार और तरसेम आया और शशी वाला की ज़मीन पर लगे एंगल उखड कर फेंक दिए. जब शशी वाला और उसका परिवार वहां पर पहुंचे  और उन दोनों को रोकने लगे तो अशोक कुमार और तरसेम शशी वाला और उसके परिवार वालों की गंदी – गंदी गालियाँ निकालने लगे और कहा की हम तुम  चमारों का रास्ता बंद कर देंगे और तुम्हारे परिवार को इस गावं से निकलकर रहेंगे. इसके बाद अशोक कुमार और तरसेम ने शशी वाला और उसके परिवार के साथ मारपीट की. इसके बाद  दिनांक : 03.11.2020 को शशी वाल और उसके पति राजकुमार ने  अशोक कुमार और तरसेम के खिलाफ थाना अम्ब में FIR दर्ज करवाई. लेकिन अभी तक अशोक कुमार और तरसेम के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई है.शशी वाला के घर पर पिने के पानी की बहुत समस्या है. अशोक कुमार और तरसेम शशी वाला के घर पानी का नल नही लगने देते है.
