The complaint Kuni Chatar W/O- Nanda Chatar of village/post- Uchapada Ps- Tangi Chaudwar Dist- Cuttack lodged FIR before the Tangi PS on dated 8/12/2021 at one 1.50 pm stated that the accused Basanta Swain (Babu) S/o- Hrusikesh Swain at about 3.30 pm of dated 7/12/2021 the accused taking the advantage of the absent of victim's parents. He took attempt for sexually harassment to the victim namely srimati chatar 10 years old. The minor victim loudly shouted. Nobody was there to rescue to victim nor to catch as a result the accused raped the victim girl and there was seviour bleeding. When the mother of the victim returns from his work the victim narrated the incident to her then the mother of the victim took her to the local medical Tangi primary health center then she was referring to S.C.B Medical College and Hospital of her treatment. The victim returns to home. Then there was a FIR before the local police Tangi PS case No 239 Dated 8/12/2021 requested a case under section 376 AB of POSCO Act and with section 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va).

भारत सिंह पिता शैतान सिंह निवासी ग्राम - पिप्ल्या पाड़ा, थाना कल्याणपुरा, जिला - झाबुआ कक्षा 11वीं का छात्र भोपाल मे मजदूरी कर रहे  अपने माता - पिता के पास कुछ दिनों के लिये आया था, जहां वह पिता की कंपनी अंकिता कंस्ट्र्क्शन में काम करने लगा था। जिससे उसकी किताबें खरीदी जा सके। दिनांक 13 दिसंबर 2021 को दोपहर में कंपनी के इंजिनियर दीपक कुमार सिंह ने उसे बाईक पर बैठा कर लाउखेड़ा एयरपोर्ट रोड भोपाल ले गया। (प्रत्यक्षदर्शी छोटे बच्चों के अनुसार) लाउखेड़ी में जिस स्थान पर वे गये वहां रो़ड पर सीवरेड लाईन के चैंबर थे। मैन होल का चेंबर हटा कर भारत सिंह पहले चेंबर में उतरा और उसके थोड़ी देर बार इंजिनियर दीपक कुमार सिंह. 10-15- मिनट तक वे बाहर नहीं निकले तो वहां स गुजर रहे लोगों को बच्चों ने घटना बताई। वहां के निवासियों ने 18-20 फिट गहरे मेनहोल में झांक कर देखा हां दोनों अचेत पड़े हुए थे। कुछ लोग उन्हे बचाने चैंबर में उतरे लेकिन घुटन की वजह से नीचे नहीं उतर पायेष उन्होने पुलिस को सूचना दी, पुलिसकर्मियो ने दोनों की लाशों को बाहर निकलवाया। 

मामला की गंभीरता को देखते हुए नगर निगम भोपाल ने अंकिता कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी पर केस दर्ज कराया, वहीं प्रदेश के नगरीय आवास एंव विकास मंत्रीी भूपेंद्र सिंह ने जांच के आदेश दिये और मृतकों को 10-10 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता की घोषणा की। 

मृतक भारत सिंह के पिता शैतान सिंह ने हमे बताया कि घटना के दिन उनका बेटा उनके साथ ही था और दीपक सिंह ने अपनी मोटरसाइकल से उसे ले गया। उसकी मौत के बाद वे अस्पताल गये जहां उन्हे भरत की लाश मिली। कोई भी उनकी बात नहीं सुन रहा था। उन्हे अपने बेटे की लाश को लेकर झाबुआ  पहुंचा दिया गया। लोगों से पता चला कि पेपर में गलत बात छापी है कि भरत कंपनी में काम नहीं करता था। शैतान सिंह ने बताया कि उन्हे अभी कोई भी पैसा नहीं मिला है, 5-6 साल से  जिस कंपनी में करते थे वहां से सिर्फ 3 लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया है और बहुत से कागजों पर अंगूठा लगवा लिया है। 

फतेहगढ़, राजघाट जिला बुरहानपुर निवासी दलित युवति कल्पना महार ने कोतवाली थाना जिला बुरहानपुर में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई कि - अजय शर्मा नामक युवक ने उसके साथ शादी का का वादा करके पिछले 7-8 सालों से यौन शोसण करता आया है। अजय शर्मा के पिता अरुण शर्मा ने भी अपने बेटे से युवती की शादी कराने  का वादा किया था, लेकिन अब युवक अजय शर्मा ने उसे धोखा देकर अपने समाज की लड़की से शादी कर ली है। अब आरोपी अजय शर्मा युवती को जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहा है। जिससे उसके सम्मान को ठेेंस पहुंची है, उसे धोखा देकर उसका दैहिक शोषण किया गया है। वह अपने आप को आरोपी अजय शर्मा से असुरक्षित महसूस कर रही है इस वजह से वह एक स्थानीय पत्रकार अम्बाराम चिनावलकर की मदद से कोतवाली थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराने पहुंची। महिला की शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए कोतवाली पुलिस ने आरोपी अजय को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है और मामले की जांच कर रही है। जब हमारी फैक्ट फाइंडिंग टीम तहकीकात करने पहुंची तो किसी तरह पीड़ित महिला से मुलाकात हो पाई लेकिन उसने हमें कुछ भी बताने से मना कर दिया। उसके सहयोगी पत्रकार ने भी अपनी जानमाल का हवाला देकर किसी भी तरह की जानकारी देने से मना कर दिया। 

Mrs. Manashi Sethi, Father-Kesab Sethi, Husband- Purna Chandra Sethi, of village- Palliraghunathpur, PS- Nikirai, Dist- Kendrapara. She is cast by SC. The victim's house located at the end of the village. Taking advantage of this, Accused Sudhanshu Jena, At-Charapada, Po-Palliraghunathpur, Ps- Nikirai, Dist- Kendrapara are all of a lustful nature and anti-social. Taking advantage of victim's simplicity accused making obscene remarks at various times and threatened her in dire consequences. But on Dt-29/10/2021 at about 3 PM when she alone at her house accused Sudhanshu Jena forcibly entered in to her house, abused her and obscene languages, pushed and pulled her Saree. Assaulted her by means of slaps, pressed her neck with intension to kill her. Stolen away one gold chain from her neck. When her family members came to the spot the accused fled away from the spot with threatening to kill her and her family members in life. Accused told that no one can leave my bond. I was arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun. Who is watching what is happening to me? I have the union with the ruling party's MLA and the Sarpanch, the Leader and the Minister. After this incident victim and her family was in danger.
