Adhada Achanna and adhada Gouribabu went to the teashop for taking tea on 20-042015,But the Teashop owner instructed to take a separate glass which is kept for sc only.then the victims comlaint againist 4 tea shop oweners who are mainting separate glasses to the dalits,and denied to give tea in generalway.the villege elders have not took action againist the tea stall owners,more over the teastalloweners thretned the victims if they tell outsiders. then written complaint lodge in Bondapalli police station.

The incident occurred when Rita had been to the village back yard for toilet(open defecation) at 5.30A.M. During that time, suddenly she found 4 people around her whose faces were black painted. One of them asked her, whether she knows pratap? She said No. Then they threatened by asking many other questions like whether she has been to  Pratap’s house? has he offered her to go with him anywhere? has he promised to give money Rs 45,000/?----etc. Rita was quite afraid still she strongly responded that she does not know anything all about it and who Pratap is. Then she found Pratap was also one among them. Then they threatened and pressured her to tell others that she is bitten by wildpig. Rita was not able to understand anything what they were trying to tell her and within no time they put something close to her face and she became unconscious. Then they made a deep slit on her throat and left her there.  After some hours she regained her consciousness and noticed that her throat was bleeding. She was not able to move. It was a rainy day. She tried to move herself a bit and tried to shout, by hearing the cry of her some people came to her and informed her family. And then she was found herself taken by 20/30 people taking  her to the hospital. It was about 10’o clock, that she had been struggling alone nearly 5 hours in the forest. 

Mr. Kumar @Senthil Kumar belongs to Dalit community, reside at Arijana colony, Kaikolapalayam, Perundurai Taluk of Erode District in Tamil Nadu. He was caste derogatory caste abused by caste hindu Ramesh, he abused in the name of caste with filthy words on 29.09.2015.
