Kuppusamy (40) S/o Govindhasamy, resides at Marur village, Gingee Taluk of Villupuram District. He belongs to Irular community. He asked money for pongel festival. It is treaditional way to collecting money for pongal festival. He was derogatory referred by caste name and brutally attacked by caste hindu youths Manigandan and Senthil while collecting money from other and social boycotted by Caste Hindus on 17.01.2015 at Marur village of Villupuram District. 

Mr. D. Madan Mohan Babu abused and attacked by Jonna Ravanamma (OC-Vysya), Gottimukkala Murali & Gottimukkala Sujatha (OC-Kshatriya-Rajulu) on 27th March, 2015 nearly 7:45 am due to recovery of debt of Rs.10 lakhs and the same day FIR lodged at I Town Police Station, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.

Brief Details of the Incident:

Chabathina Mounica(18) is the daughter of Vijay and is the resident of Mandavalli (Mandal), Krishna District. She is studying II Year B Tech in NIMRA Engineering College at Vijayawada. Mudraboyana Francis (23) s/o Subba Rao alias Sudharshanam is the resident of Ingilampakalanka, Mandavalli (M), Krishna Dist. Francis is studying IV Year B.Tech in Koneru Lakshmaiah Engineering College, Vijayawada. Francis parents and their relatives run many Churches. Mounica and Francis are friends for years together. In the year 2007, while Mounica was in 10^th standard, Francis took her on his bike to his house at Ingilampakalanka and forcibly had sexual intercourse in his room on the first floor. Having heard the cries of Mounica, the parents and grandfather of Francis consoled her and requested her not to reveal to her parents and promised the marriage with Francis. On the pretext of marriage he sexually exploited her continuously and often used not to respond whenever Mounica insisted for marriage. 

In November 2010, having come to know that Francis’s parents were looking for marriage alliance to him, Mounica asked his parents and they denied for the marriage saying she belongs to SC community and also are of lower financial status. Mounica informed the same to her parents. In the first week of Dec 2010 the parents of Mounica met the parents of Francis along with caste elders and asked for the marriage. The parents of Francis replied that having sexual relation is not a big matter at all, she belongs to a lower caste and therefore she doesn’t have the status for marrying their son. When the caste elders scolded them, they said that they will put the matter in prayer and requested for some time. As there was no reply from them, on 06/01/2011 the parents of Mounica arranged for mediation at mediator’s house, in which the caste elders and parents & relatives of Francis have participated. During this mediation, Francis accepted that he has sexually exploited Mounica, but has not accepted to marry her as she belongs to scheduled caste. The parents and the caste elders of Francis have said that they are prepared to give some money, but not marriage. The parents of Francis even abused the caste elders on the name of caste. In a helpless situation Mounica approached DSS and lodged a complaint. FIR was registered in Mandavalli P.S with Cr. No 4/2011, U/S 376,420, 417, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and Sec 3(1)(X) of SC/ST (PoA) Act 1989.

Tamilalagan (23) S/o Senthil Kumar belongs to Dalit community, residet at JJ Nagar, Palathurai post, Madukarai Taluk, Coimbatore District of Tamil Nadu. Badhrakaliyamman temple was located at Palathurai. This temple was constructed by former minister Mr.Kakkan. This temple was enchroached by Caste hindus. Mr. Tamilalagan was went to Badharakaliyamman temple for worship on 01.04.2015. He was stopped by caste hindu Nandhagopal, he scoled in filthy words “How dare dalit dog can enter our temple and caste abused. He lodged the complaint in Madhukari police station under SC/ST PoA Act.

घटना उ०प्र० के बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र के जनपद जालौन के कोंच थाना क्षेत्र के घुसिया ग्राम में दिनांक 01 अप्रैल 2015 सांयकाल करीब 7 बजे की है! शाम 7 बजे खेतों से कटाई(मजदूरी) कर लोटी 15 वर्षीय  पुत्री रेखा देवी (नाम परिवर्तित) स्व० श्री शिवकुमार अहिरवार जाती (चमार) जो ग्राम गुसिया में अपने मामा के यहाँ रहती है, शाम को 7 बजे वह शौचक्रिया के लिए घर से बाहर खेत पर गई तभी रास्ते में घुसिया के भूरे यादव पुत्र श्री ज्ञान सिंह यादव, रनजीत सिंह पुत्र प्रतापसिंह प्रजापति ने उसे अगुवा कर बंधक बनाकर ले गए, और रात भर नशे की गोलियां खिला खिला कर बारी बारी से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म(बलात्कार) किया ! और सुबह उसे गावं के पास ही नर्सरी में उसे छोड़कर भाग गए ! उधर उसके मामा व उसके परिजनों ने रात भर लड़की को खोजा, लड़की न मिलने पर कोंच थाने में तहरीर दी तो वहां पुलिस ने रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखी और लड़की की फोटो लाने को कहा तभी घर लौटने समय घर के पास नर्सरी में भीड़ देख रुका जहाँ पर उसकी भांजी जोर जोर से रोते हुए सिसक रही थी, तब बच्ची से पूछा गया तो उसने अपने साथ आपबीती सुनाई ! बच्ची को ले जाकर थाने में जाकर रिपोर्ट लिखाई जहाँ पुलिस ने धारा 376 व एस० सी०/एस० टी० एक्ट की 3(2)(5) में पंजीक्रत कर लिया है !
