Beligiri s/o Siddaiah 40 years who is belongs to schudul cast holiya community from Chamarajanagara District, Gundalpet talluk, Terakanambi Hobli, Yeriuru village, and he had Married Malashree who is from same talluk Bachanahalli Village, and he is working as supervisor in a NGO mariyamman Charitable trust which is located at mangala vilegeand it is near to his wife village so he was stayedwith her at her Village. on17-08-2018in the evening 6-45 PM finishing his work he was going  to home on the way same talluk Kebbepura village Manu Gunda and Nandakumar was going trebal on two wheelar on that day thre was rain since its mud road the road was very wet muddyn so it was difficult to ride and i was going very slow. Near Gavisiddeswara temple these three of them stopped me and asked lift but since i have to travel 12 KM i said can,t for that scolded me that we will going to kill you.

This incident has been complained Gundalpet police station on 18-08-2018 the crime no is 369 and the IPC section 1860 u/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34, and 34 and sc/st (poa) amendment act 2015 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), has been filed.

There was Election for Gramapanchayath at Chamarajanagar District gundalpet Taluk, Angala hobli, Bachanalli Village, on 05-06-2018. This panchayath has totally 7 members in that from BJP Ganga from Lingayath community, Krishnamurthy and Basamannamma form Scheduule cast holiya Community and from congerss Rajendra from OBC Lingayath community and Rathanamma from Schedule Tribse soliba Community and from Bsp Chikkathayamma who is from schedule cast holiyan community and other last one is independent member muddappa who is from OBC Lingayath community. in the same there was election for President and vice President on 04-07-2015 at that time congress supported candidate Ganga hed elected as president and as vice president Basamanamma hed been elected. evenGanga was prasident she hed no role at the panchayath but all the administration was done by her husband Nagesh,there was no work going on without him. About this the order members had been spoken them self is not good. On that persident and vice president election they were supported by congress supported Candidate Lakshmma and Rajendra. So on 05-09-2018 there was re-election for president and for vice president. Darvada District and taluk, Garaga Hobali, Thadakoda Village there lived Schedule caste Bovi community belongs Rathnamma 62 years w/o Hanumanthappa Hendagara she had 2 male and 2 female children. dyamavva, Rudramma, Yallappa 36 years and nagappa 32 years are the childran. Yallappa had been married devakka 30 years and this couple has 3 children Bhagyalaksmi 8 years, Manasa 6 years, and Ganeshe 4 years Nagappa not get married and other daughters have been married. Dyamavva has been maarried to Thirukappa who is from same village. around their house neighbours are all from OBC belongs Ambiga community, their house has two doors one front and another at the back of the house. they were all planing to empty them and send them from the street because they are the only Schedule caste family in between them.

next to their back door of the house OBC Ambiga community belongs Erappa 45 years Ningappa house were there and his mother Paravva is present Gramapanchayath electedn member. they were all trying to now and then to send them from the street. on 05-04-2018 in the evening around 5 O clock Rathnamma was cleaning in front of his house by water they planned it has reason neighbours says you low caste people you are pushing water next to our house we have to push it and starts fighting with her and beats her by hands and legs on Rathnammas chest and stomach by the time Caveri granddaughter of Rathnamma comes ther and clears the fight and her children Yallappa and Nagappa comes home finishing their dinner and have gone to get their payment. again there was clash between neighbours and Rathnamma around 8-30 at night they have twisted her hand and had been beaten her. Somebody informs her children that there is clash between your mother and neighbours soon they rush to home by the time she had been taken to hospital by car saying she had been paralyzed she dies at hospital. she has been buried on 06-04-2017. the same day some day some OBC Ambiga community belongs peple hsve told them that your mother is not died by the stroke but by the clash between the neighbours and by the beat of them and Cavery had explained everything happened. on 06-04-2017 they had given complaint and on 07-04-2017 body has been taken out from the cemetery and post mortem has been done in front of officers.

The victim mrs.Babita Santosh Ughada, aged 27 occu.Labour/vegetable seller R.at.hedutane Tal.panvel Dist. Raigad & three others victims namely Buddhi Ganesh paradhi, Shaniwari Mangalya Chawdhari and Tai Goma Ughada. all reciding above mention address.

And four victims were walked to sell the vegetable on 3/12/2019 at 6:30 am.The one unknown person Mr Krishna Ramnivas Yadav aged 25 yrs s/o Ramnivas Banshraj Yadav occu.Service R. at Valap po. Padaghe tal. Panvel dist. Raigad.was follow them with his Activa 2wheeler MH-46 BT3742 and stoped the victim and told her why you waste time to sell vegetable that you have other things to sell then he starting to touch her body and told the womam like you Adivasis are surrendered themselves by 100 or 200 rupees.and continued to use abusive words then victim refused to do so and try to stop him for further action.but accused did not ready to stop then all victims starting shouting then he frightened and ran away from that place.Then victim came to their home and told the entire story to men.hence the FIR ldged with New panvel police station on 3/12/2019 at 22 : 29

That the accusd followed the victim several times and touches the he victim without her will and consent and use the abusive words and caste basis insult publcly. That accused has knowledge the victims are belonging ST.category.that the accused committed the same crime intentionally and accuse belonging general or upper class category.
