Date-06.02.2021 at 10:45 hrs day Lalji Prasad's son Late Harinath, whose age is about 60 years.

 as usual and parked the car in front of the shop of people like Ankit Ashish Kumar Jaiswal and 
Amit Kumar Jaiswal and went to the nearby shop as soon as they came. People started speaking to 
remove the car and started abusing, after that the caste indicator started abusing and started
 beating, kicking, punching and punching the chest, due to which they fell on the ground and 
started suffering.After that the people around called Lalji's house and informed, then the family members came and 

picked him up in a hurry but he had died, then his son Pramod Kumar gave the written Tahrir to 
the police station, after that the body of the deceased was sent to Jaunpur for postmortem. sent|

मानवता को शर्मशार करने वाली उक्त घटना सूके विहार के भेजा थाना क्षेत्र के पर्वाल्पूर गावं की है . उक्त गावं में  अनुसूचित  जाति सदस्य मोटी राम निवास करते है जिनकी   आर्थिक दशा ठीक नहीं रहने के कारन वे रोजी रोटी की तलाश में महानगरो में पलायन कर जाते है . घर पर उनकी पत्नी एवं बच्चे रहा करती है . उन्हें पांच बेटिया है जिसमे अंजली कुमारी उम्र करीब 12 वर्ष की है .वह 8वां में पढ़ती है . गरीब व दलित होने के कारन उस गावं के कुछ युवक बुरी नजर से देखा करते रहें . बतातें है कि दिनांक ; 22-08-2021की रात्रि करीब  8-30 बजे अंजली कुमारी अपनी छोटी बहन को शौच के लिए सरेही नदी के बांध पर लेकर गयी . उसके पीछे गावं के पवन साव  के 22 वर्षीय पुत्र कैलाश साव भी चले गये .  अंजलि कुमारी की छोटी बहन संजली कुमारी शौच के लिए बैठ गयी तथा अंजली कुमारी कुछ दुरी पर कड़ी हो गयी . इसी बीच कैलाश साव पहुँच कर गमछा से उसका मुंह बांध दिया और बगल में स्थित आम के बगीचा में ले जाकर क्रूरता पूर्वक दुष्कर्म किया . जब अंजली बेहोश हो गई तो घटना का साक्ष्य मिटाने के उद्देश्य से अजली की हत्या की नियत से एक पानी भरा गधा में उसे धक् दिया गया .  पीडिता की छोटी बहन स्नाजली कुअमारी दौड़ी दौड़ी गहर गयी और घटना के बारे में अपनी माँ एवं अन्य लोगो को बताई . सूचना पते ही उसकी माँ गुलाबो देवी एवं अन्य महिलाए घाना स्थल पर पहुँची तो देखि की रेपिस्ट भाग रहा है . महिलाओ ने उससे खदेड़ कर पकड़ने की कोशिश की पर वह भागने में सफल रहा . उक्त घटना के चलते पीडिता के अंदरूनी अंगों में गंभीर जखम हो गया है . लगातार खूब श्रावित हो रहा था . 24 गनते के बाद पीड़िटा होश में आई . . फ़िलहाल वह igms पटना में भर्ती है . पिछले दिनों उनके अन्द्रूइ अंगो का औपरेशन भी किया गया . जखम की गंभीरता को देखते हुए ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि पीडिता के साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया था . उक्त सन्दर्भ में भेजा थाना में कांड सं  76/ 21 के हहत परथ्मिकी दर्ज की गई है . रेपिस्ट द्वारा  थाना में ही आत्म समर्पण का दिया गया  . पुलिसे गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज किया गया . मामला अभी अनुसंधान में लंबित है .

on dated 11.2.21 approx. 2.30pm accused seta s/o rajender caste jat, sahil s/o anil, aman s/o karamvir, sachin s/o sehdev, kasha s/o jarnail, sandeep s/o fhoji, monti s/o deva, shubham, bhola kashyap, karan pandit, Deepak s/o ladi and others 150-200 attacked on valmiki basti along with dangerous weapons lathi, sword, iron rods and local pistol. Accused abused “ chude-chamar behan chodo”, we teach lesson today. Accused brunt the houses and many bikes, they also destroyed houses and others items. Accused sexual assault with dalit women and fired on dalit house.

Accused threaten to victims that if they are escape today then they will brunt all dailt basti.
