Vijayapura district, Devarahipparagi talluk, Hunasanala Hobli, Saladahalli village, here lived schedule caste Madiga community belongs Madivalappa 52 years and his wife Mallamma 47 years this couple has 4 children three male one female. 1, kalyankumar 23 years 2, Basavaraju 21 years 3, Kalappa 16 years and 4, Umashree 18 years. Daughter had been married to near village Siddapura. the second son had been studinet up to SSLC and he left the school then he had taken care of his family and to maintain his family heis runing an auto. Davalabi who belongs to the same village daughter of Bindagi saba s/o Kashimsaba thabada who belongs Muslim community, she was studying in SSLC. Basavaraju and Davalabi were seeing each other every day at bus stand became friends and it turned into love and they had love affair between them.this become to no her father so last 4 to 5 months back he had gone to Basavarajus house and have warned his parents that your son is behind my daughter tell him not to come if he comes i will not leave him i will kill him and have gone from there.

on 22-06-2021 morning around 11 ''o'' clock Basavaraju were sitting in his house speaking with his mother and brother at the same time Davalabi moves from near Basavaraju house with her cows while moving she signals to come so after some time basavaraju says his parentes that I just go out and come then he goes from home to the land straight away where Davalabi were seeing her cows and there he was with her seeing this Lalesaba and his children Alla Patela Rafeekha relatives of Bindigi Saba and Davala patela brother of Davalabi all together ties Basavaraju to Neem tree by rope and were beating him by stick and slipper. soon mother of Davalabi tells schedule caste community belongs Madivalamma w/o Channapppa to inform about Basavaraju to his parents soon Mallamma mother of Basavaraju and his brother KalyanKumar and his uncle Chennappa his son Parasuram four of them rush to there and they request them to level him saying we will advise him not to do like that and then they took him from there.

in the same day eviening around 4 ''o'' clock once again forcefully 1, Lale shaba 2, Alla Pateela 3, Rafeekh 4, Davala Patela and 5, Bindigi Shaba they entered inside the house of Basavaraju and pulls him out also they had pulled Davalabi to a valley which was outside the village and the other side parents of Basavaraju is requsting then and begging them please leave them they are younger they have made mistake in future they won't do even though they did not level them they put knife to Basavaraju neck and they put big stone on bout Basavaraju and Davalabi head and they have killed them.

this incident case has been filed at kalakeri Police station and the case No;82/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 323, 324, 341, 342, 355, 302, 109, 504, 506, r/w 149 and sc/st(POA)amendment Act- 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(V)

Koppala district, Karatagi talluk, Siddapur hobli, Baraguru village there lived schedule caste Madiga community  Hanumanthappa 55 years and his wife Huchamma 50 years this couple had 5 children 1, Gangappa 25 years 2,  Danappa 23 years 3, Virupaksha 19 years 4, Mariswamy 19 years, his second son Danappa were working in the landof mariswamy s/o Mahadevappa as colly labour and there was affair between him and Suneetha 18 years daughter of Maribasappa s/o Mahadevappa who belongs to OBC Kuruba Gowda community this matter has been known to both the family and last one year back relatives of Suneeth had come to Danappa house and have warned him and have man handled on him and this incident has gone to police station and then village leaders sat together and have compromised them and have decided and have told them not to see each other and not to talk. even though Suneetha were making phone call now and then to Danappa and both were speaking she had threatening him if you don't speak with me i will die.

on 20-06-2021 tuesday Danappa were at home speaking evening around 7 'o' clock somebody calls him soon he comes out and he goes on their bike. Danappa father Karihanumanthappa comes out in search of him but he was not there. the neighbour house people says that he went with Maribasappa who belongs to Kuruba Gowda community. He is father of Suneeth. they search for him every where but they won.t find him since it was late night they went to sleep. next day morning on 23-06-2021 around 7 'o' clock Mariswamy owner of Danappa had gone out for walk while on his walking he sees Danappa dead body in the land of Karilingappa soon he comes and informs Danappa father Karihanumanthappa then along with same area elders and relatives rushes to there. there was wound and blood cloths on Danappa shoulder and left leg were broken. he was killed by Suneetha father Maribasappa her mother Lalithamma and her relatives Hulugappa, Yamanoorappa, Ningappa and Koorappa.

this incident case has been filed at Karatagi Police station on 23-06-2021 and the case No; 135/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 302, 34 and sc/st (POA) amendment Act 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(V-a) has been added in the case.

                                     दलित युवक  राजेश राम की क्रूरतापूर्वक की गई हत्या 

मामला सूबे बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर जिले के मीनापुर (पानापुर ओ पी ) क्षेत्र के पानापुर गावं की  है . मृतक राजेश  राम , उम्र करीब 22 वर्ष ,पिता का नाम एकवाल राम , जाति -अनुसूचित जाति (चमार ) का सदस्य था . वह जिविको पार्जन के लिए विडिओ ग्राफी का कार्य करता था . ओप्रकाश राय ,उम्र करीब 28 वर्ष , पिता -रामकिशोर राय , जाति - पिछड़ी ( अहीर ) , ग्राम -खरिका डीह मृतक के साथ ही विडिओ ग्राफी का कार्य करता था . दोनों में दोस्ती थी . ओमप्रकाश को छोटी बहन पूनम कुमारी के साथ  राजेश राम का पिछले डेढ़ वर्षो से प्रेम प्रसंग चल रहा था . दोनों शादी करने पर राजी थे . किन्तु दोनों के बीच में जाति दिवार बन कर कड़ी थी . पूनम पिछाड़ी जाति की और राजेश अनुसूचित जाति था . पूनम के परिवार के सदस्य अपनी पुत्री की शादी अनुसूचित जाति के साथ करना अपना अपमान समझाते थे . जिसके चलते पूनम के परिवार के सदस्यों द्वारा एक सोची समझी रणनीति बनाई गई और उसी रणनीति के तहत दिनांक : 28.07 . 2021 किसी बहाने उसका मित्र ओमप्रकाश राय ने राजेश को अपने घर बुलाकर ले गया तथा रात चोर होना का बहाना बना कर उसे बिजली के पोल में बांध दिया और पीट पीट कर उसकी क्रूरता पूर्वक हत्या कर डाली . अपराधियों ने राजेश राम का दोनों हाथ ,पैर , गर्दन की हड्डी , रीढ़ की हड्डी तोड़ दिया था . उसका सर कुचल डाला था . जब उसकी स्थिति अत्यंत नाजुक हो गई तो अपराधियों द्वारा पुलिस को चोर पकडे जाने की सूचना दे कर बुलाया और राजेश राम को पुलिश को सौप दिया इलाज के दरम्यान कुछ ही घंटो बाद उसकी मौत हो गई . घटना के सन्दर्भ में मीनापुर (पनापूर ) में कांड संख्या : 270/21 ,u/s 342 ,302 , 120बी ,34 IPC & 3(1)(r)(s),3(2)(v) (va) sc/st act के तहद ओमप्रकाश राय सहित 06 लोगों को नामजद किया गया है . आपराधियो द्वारा अपनी बहादुरी खातिर पूरे घटना कर्म का विडिओ बनाकर भी वायरल किया गया था जो घटना का पोखटा सबूत का कम कर रहा है . विडिओ फुटेज के आधार पर भी आपराधि की पहचान कर गिरफतारी की जा रही है . 

Balan, son of Ravi (36), a Hindu tribal (Kurumbar) community from Kallur forest village in Kotagiri district, Nilgiris district, is residing with his wife Baby (28) and a 15-day-old baby boy. He works for wages and supports his family with the proceeds.

Balan has been working for more than 15 years with occasional advances and working in a tourist lodge called Raj kudil Veedu (Tent House) which is permanently set up below the college, Chattu Garden, Aadupattu. The Tent House is run by Madhan, a member of the Badugar community. Since Madhan’s uncle was not properly maintaining the accounts he used to call Balan and ask for the same. Thus Madhan has been angry with Balan.

Meanwhile, five identified whose names were unknown tourists stayed in the above mentioned tent on 18-07-2021. At around 9.00 pm that night, Madhan along with others (who were drunk) asked for campfire and Balan had brought firewood and lit a fire and sat in a nearby chair

On seeing this, Madhan grabbed Balan's shirt and dragged him to the dining room and hit Balan on the head with a wooden log.  As a result, the back of Balan's skull was fractured and bleeding. The five tourists who saw this together attacked Balan. One of them cut the left side of Balan with an onion cutting knife. Balan suffered an abrasion to his right eyebrow and eye when he was hit by others. Murthy and Mallika from the tribal community were present when the incident took place. Seeing the attack, the two flee away.

Balan then fled to his home, about 1 km away, unable to bear the pain. He told his wife about the incident and went to the Kothagiri Government Hospital the next day (19-07-2021) at around 1.30 pm with the help of his relatives. He told the doctor who examined him about the incident. Later that day he was admitted as an inpatient.

While Balan was being treated as an inpatient, Madan's aunt Lalitha, Madan's mother Burmila and Madan's sister Lalli demanded that the case be withdrawn. Balan's refused it andMadan's uncle Shivaji went to the hospital on 19-07-2021 at around 3.00 pm and threatened to cut off Balan's brother Rangasamy's neck and arm if he did not withdraw the complaint. Similarly, Balan's sister Chitra has also been threatened to withdraw the complaint.

A case has been registered under sections 294 (b), 324, 506 (II) IPC of the Code No. 180/2021 at the Kotagiri police station in connection with the incident.
