Mandya district, K R Pet talluk, hariharapura village, Giresh 40 years his wife Asha 35 years this couple has one male and one female children Nisha @ Girija 13 years Bairava @ Belli 10 years studying in 4th standard Nisha is studying in 9th standard at the same village governament high school. this family is belongs to schedule caste Madiga community and from very poor background they do daily labour for their living all the school were looked from last 8 tom 10 months because of covid-19, know the school were open and as usual Nisha also were going to school. in the school in charged head master Krishne Gowda who belongs to OBC vokkaligagowdacommunity were doing castisum and were giving sexual harassment to Nisha. she had told everything to her mummy at home after that her mummy had complained to Block Education Officer (BEO) Basavaraju then he had filed a case at K R Pet rural police station on Krishnegowda that he is doing castisum, giving torcher and giving sexual harassment to Dalit students at the school.

This complained has been filed at K R Pet rural police station on 30-01-2021 and crime number 18/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 354D, 509, Sc/St(POA)act-2015 u/s 3(1)(w), 3(2)(Va) and The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act -2012 u/s 10 and 11 has been added in the case.

On dated 27/03/2021, Dr. Dineshkumar Kadam belonging to SC Dhor community, went to his agricultural land situated at Lavul village in Madha Tehasil at Solapur along with his family for pluging his land at that time the accused Ashok Deshumkh and his family members beloning to Marath community prevented the victim and his familly enter in their own land and assaulted and abused on caste. 

                               दलित बालक के साथ अप्राकृतिक यौनाचार पश्चात की गयी निर्मम हत्या 

सूबे बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर जिले के करजा थाना क्षेत्र के मरवन भोज गावं के अनुसूचित जाति सदस्य सुनील राम के 12 वर्षीय पुत्र सुजीत कुमार को गावं के ही के ही दबंग जमींदार 1. उज्वल सिंह , उम्र करीब 23 वर्ष , पिता - श्री प्रभात सिंह उर्फ़ बब्बू सिंह , जाति - सामान्य ( भूमिहार ) 2. सोनू कुमार सिंह उर्फ़ प्रशांत कुंअर सिंह उम्र  करीब 35 वर्ष , पिता- कमल सिंह , जाति - सामान्य (भूमिहार) एक सुनियोजित साजिश के तहत दिनांक 07.03.2021 को सुजीत को उसके घर से भोज खिलने एवं मोटर साइकिल पर बैठा कर बाजार घुमाने की बातें बता कर बुलाकर ले गया . विदित हो कि सोनू सिंह के चाची का श्राद्ध का भोज था . कहते है कि दिन भर उसको अपने साथ रखा काम करवाया और रात उसके साथ अप्राकृतिक यौनाचार किया और उसकी हत्या कर गांव से करीब 1 कि० मी० की दुरी पर सरेह मैं ले जाकर झड़ी में शव को फेक दिया . दिनांक 07 . 03 .2021 की रात को जब सुजीत कुमार घर नहीं आया तो उसकी माता पूजा देवी एवं उसके परिवार के अन्य सदस्य सुजीत को खोज  बुन करने लगे . दिनांक : 08.03 . 2021 को करजा थाना में सनहा दर्ज कराया गया . पुलिस मामले के प्रति काफ्फी निष्क्रिय थी जिसके कारण ग्रामीण लोग काफी आक्रोशित हो गए और स्थानीय मुख्य सड़क को पूरी तरह जाम कर दिया  और सुजीत की बरामदगी की मांग करने लगे . पुलिस द्वारा ग्रामीणों पर लाठिय बरसाई गयी और 18 नामजद एवं 150 अज्ञात लोगों के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर दी गई . ग्रामीणों की मांग पर एसएसपी मुजफ्फरपुर जाम स्थल पर पंहुंच कर ग्रामीणों को न्याय दिलाने के आश्वाशन देकर जाम समाप्त करवाया गया . उसी रोज ग्रामीणों द्वारा सुजीत की शव को सरेह की झाडी में देखा गया . जानकारी मिलाने पर सुजीत की माता एव उनके परिवार के लोगो सहित सैकड़ो लोग वहां पहुँच गए . सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस भी पहुचीं और शव को अपने कब्जा में लेकर पोस्टमौर्टोम के लिए मुजफ्फरपुर अस्पताल में भेज दिया .  पुलिस द्वारा मामले के सन्दर्भ में कर्जा थाना कांड सं० 64/21 के तहत 363 364]302]201]34 IPC &  3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(v) (va) sc/st act के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गैयी है . एक आरोपी उज्वल सिंह को जेल भेज दिया गया है . 

Mandya district maddur talluk, Athagur Hobli, Navile village lived N K Ravindra 48 years he is an advocate his wife Ambujakshi 36 Years who belongs to Schedule caste holeya communuty. this coupl has two children one male one female Bharath Siddartha and Sindhu Lakshmi both are studying, Ravindra as a Dalit advocate normally he takes most of the litigation cases of Dalits and he is practicing as loyer at maddur JMFC court. he hed his own land near shimsha sea so saying that i will go to land and come back on 02-01-2021 morning around 8;00 am he had gone with hi bike KA-!!-AX-1567 it was getting time over he had not return home mobile was switched off. there sheep keepar man Shivappa informes Ravindra wife that i saw your husband bike near sea and his sandal were on the sea water. evening around 5;00 pm Ravindra wife along with some leaders of village rushes to the sea there she identifies the sandal it was her husband sandal. Ravindra has been murdered hishead were crushed by size stone, his husband told that there was a land litigation in our own caste people so them must have been killed him and she gives complaint. on that police have arrested M B Rangaswami there in the investigetion Rangaswamy opens his mouth and says 9 criminals together we have murered him 3 people Abhigowda, Santhosh, Nagaraju who belongs to OBC Vokkaligagowda, OBC Kumbara community belongs @ Kariya, N B Rangaswamy, N T Rangaswami, Raju and schedulu caste belongs Puttaiah and Nadaiah had been murdered Ravindra and have thrown him to cavery sea.

this incident case has been filed at Kesthur Police station on 02-01-2021 crime Number 01/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 143, 120B, 302, 201, 149 has been filed , in the investigation it other caste so on 07-01-2021 Sc/st (POA)Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(2)(V) has been added in the case.

Mandya District, pandavapura talluk, agatahalli village, lived Ningaiah -50 his wife Renuka 45 years who belongs to schedul caste Holeya community, this couple had two children Pramoda-24 years and Prathap-22 years old. Agatahalli comes under Doddabyapara halli village Gramapanchayath, there was three steps election had been declared in Karnataka state for Gramapanchayath as declared there was election on 27-12-2020 in the village, to vote Ningaiah yiounger brother son Prajwal-21 Years who is working as supplier in DP home hotel at Muddur city had come to village around 11;00 am in the morning while he was going home there comes same village Vokkaliga gowda community belongs Raviraj -30 years who had been competed in the election he tells Prajwal to vote him and he tries to give rupees 1500/- forthat he says i have just come the village i will go to home and then come back to vote i dont need money for that he threats him and says if you dont take money you will not vote me and he puts money to his poket.

Leter after some time Raviraj saying i have given money to Prajwal must come by this time to vote but he had not come so along with him Kantharaju S/O VaGendegowda, Rajesh s/o Chikkegowda, Ravi s/o kalaninga around 12;30 pm goes near to his house and shouts and scolds him in bad words, Prajwal sister Savitha had 8 years child at home and it was sleeping Ningaiah house were next to his house hearing the sound he comes outn and says dont shout Prajwal is taking bath after his bath he will come and vote the child is not well it is sleeping so dont shout if you shot it will wake up so dont come inside the house listening this Raviraj bests to his skull and beats him by his leg and he pulls him to ground seeing this villagers compromise them and leaves them.

election gets over and election box were taken away from the place after that 30 people along with Raviraj saying that we vokkaligagowda are dominent cast people you are calf caste people how dare you to say we should not enter in to your house and they enters into Ningaiah house and brutally beaten Ningaiah and his wife renuka by stick and iron rod they had old bitter on him on the matter of 20-07-2020 bhagar hokum land of Agatahalli village land disput of  Sarve number 100/2P5 3 acors 20 cents Keeping this also they have desoyed all the things at home and have stolen rupeeas 50,000/-, 50gm gold and many things.

on this incident case has been filed at Pandavapura police station on 27-12-2020 the crime No; 370/2020, IPC 1860 u/s 171E, 323, 324, 448, 427, 504, 506, 395 and Sc/ST(POA)Amendment Act-2015, u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(l), 3(1)(n), 3(1)(o), 3(1)(v), 3(1)(w), 3(2)(V-a), has been filed.
