Arunthathiyar Ramasamy55, of Chittappullampalayam West Arisana Colony, Kodumudi Circle, Erode District, is residing with his wife Arukkani-45. His son Bhupathi 28, is working as a Supervisor at Infra Tex, a private company in Infra Tex, Perundurai. His daughter Mallikeswari lives in Kodumudi with her husband Perumal.

In this situation, on 13-11-2020, Mallikeswari, also known as Menaka, came to Chittappullampalayam village with her son Bhairavamoorthy and her husband Perumal to take clothes to her parents. Naveen and seven others teased Mallikeswari for lighting firecrackers, which Mallikeswari had allegedly quarreled with on both sides over what her husband had heard.

Mallikaswari, also known as Menaka, used to give new clothes for her Diwali and when she returned at night, she used to light a firecracker and tease the Nadar, Pallar and Arunthathiyar youths who were flying over the area. Yuvraj, Mallikeshwari\'s brother, and his parents, along with Surya and Karthik, have been attacked again and again by the Nadar community (other backward caste). People have seen that it is not funny, Kodumudi police came in connection with this incident and registered a case against the above youths and handed over Mallikeswari to Menaka without arresting them. Mudi has been sent to the government hospital, where Nadar youths have threatened not to let Mallikeswari’s parents see and kill, while Mallikeswari’s son Bhairavamurthy stayed with his grandparents that night.

On 14-11-2020 at around 01-30 in the morning Bhairavamurthy woke up to urinate and tried to wake up his Grandpa and Grandma. Later he switched on the cell phone and saw Grandpa Ramasamy and Grandma Arukkani again. He shouted and the neigbours arrived immediately and the two old people had been beheaded but brutally murdered.

The boy Bhairavamurthy immediately informed his uncle Bhupathi who is in Bangalore. The police sniffer dog came and went to the nearby houses and sniffed and Surya who was involved in the scuffle went to their house and stopped. Surya\'s father Samidhan has surrendered to the police claiming that he was the one who first attacked his son.

When Surya was arrested and interrogated by the police while fleeing with the help of Kirubakaran in a two-wheeler in the Kodumudi area, Surya admitted the truth. He told himself that his father Saminathan had taken the scythe used for coconuts from the coconut tree and killed the Arunthathiyar family.

The case was registed in Kodumudi PS with FIR No. 459/2020 u/s 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC r/w section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harrassment of women Act 2002 and the muder case was registered with the same case in Kodumudi Ps FIR No. 460/2020 U/S 449, 302 IPC r/w 3(2)(va) SC/ST PoA Amendment Act 2015.

Arunthathiyar Thirumoorthy is a sanitary worker of Ponnankadu, Karukkupalayam village near Thingalur, Perundurai circle, Erode district. He is residing with his family. At about 7 am in the morning, while he was repairing a broken water pipe near the motor room of the Karukkupalayam, Samiyathal- Panchayat president, Karukkupalayam who is belonged to the backward Hindu Nadar caste, her eldest son, Gopal, came and stopped her from work and abused her six times in filthy and abusive words referring to the caste names. Meantime, her son slapped at her right eye with his hand and slapped her 5 times. She screamed in pain, again he took the nearby shovel and scolded her in filthy and derogatory language.

Then the next day on 11-11-2020 at about 09-00 am she called the relatives and went to the Thingalur police station and lodged a complaint with the then Assistant Inspector Palanisamy seeking legal action against the above Gopal Nadar, who received the complaint and interrogated her and she told him what had happened. Later she went to Perundurai Government Hospital for treatment and returned home after 5 days of inpatient treatment.

A case was registered against Gopal under the SC/ST PoA Act at Thingalur Police Station with the Crime No: 306/2020 U / s 323, 506 (ii) IPC r / w 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) is Sc / St PoA Amendment Act-2015

Arundathiar Youth Naveen Subjected to Caste Discrimiation & Brutally Attacked by Dominant Caste Gounders, Vellode Kummakkalipalayam

Naveen, 25, S/o Mr. Thangavel (Late), belonged to Hindu Arunthathiyar caste (Sub Caste of Scheduled Castes) is resident of Kummakkalipalayam village, Perundurai Block, Erode district. He had studied up to 10th standard and due to his family situation he is working in a private SIPCOT industry near Perundurai. On 15.11.2020 (Sunday) his mother Thangamani (45), sister Deepa (24 years married) had gone near the forest area around 5 pm in the evening. Meanwhile, Yuvraj Gounder (35) belonged to Konguvalar Gounder caste (backward caste) had brought a lamb in his two-wheeler and his lamb tried to fall down. And he called Naveen without any respect in public view and asked him to accompany to Natrajan’s house. He had gone with Yuvaraj and went to Natarajan Gounder’s house. Natrajan saw Naveen entering his house and immediately verbally abused him in filthy language referring to caste names and blamed that he had taken the lamp from the herds shed. In addition he had also brutally attacked him.

Naveen, who was badly injured in the attack, was admitted to the Erode District Government Hospital with the help of his mother, sister, brother-in-law and relatives. The hospital informed the Vellode police station and then the Assistant Inspector Krishnaraj from the Vellode police station received a statement from the victim Naveen and filed FIR against Yuvaraj and Natrajan under SC/ST PoA Act on 16.11.2020. The general public of Kummakkalipalayam village surrounded the police station and staged a protest demanding immediate arrest of the perpetrators of the violence. Police Inspector Shanmugasundar and Perundurai Deputy Superintendent of Police Selvaraj- (DSP) told the protesters that they would arrest the accused persons within two days and that the police would provide protection to the victim and their family members.

Sunita Deepak Naik, 35, has two sons and two daughters.  Her husband died away 11 years ago and she has been raising her चिल्ड्रेन maid. 16 years 11 months on his daughter Roshni Deepak Naik.  She learns in 10th.  And living in the same village.  Sameer Ramdas Bhagat Business is nothing.  There is a uppar caste dominet. in the village and his political dominance is in the village.  This forced Roshni to marry you so she had forced sex from 2018 onwards.  And when her family tried to ask her for an answer, she beat up Rodhani\'s uncle and relatives

           यह घटना जिला ऊना की तहसील बंगाणा के गांव घनेटी की है. यह गांव ऊना मुख्यालय से 35 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है. राज्य हिमाचल में जातिय व्यवस्था पर आधारित छुआछूत की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है भारत को आज़ाद हुए 70 वर्ष के करीब हो गए है पर ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता रखने वाले लोग आज भी समाज में मौजूद है. घटना सिथित इस गांव में चमार जाति के 1 घर, कबीर पंथी जाति के 4 घर, वाती(OBC) जाति के 5 घर, ब्राहमण जाति के 4 घर, है इस गांव में 1 प्राइमरी है इस गांव में डिस्पेंसरी भी है व् पानी की भी कोई समस्या नहीं है.

इस गांव में खड (नदी) के किनारे हाकमी देवी पत्नी स्व: अछर राम रहती है जिसकी उम्र लगभग 70 वर्ष के करीव है जो की अनुसूचित जाति से सम्बंधित है सन 1976 में इंदिरा आवास योजना के तहत हाकमी देवी के पति अछर राम को सरकार की तरफ से 10 कनाल रकवे का पलाट मिला है जिसका खसरा न० 667 है यह जमींन बंजर व जंगली झाड़ियों से भरी पड़ी थी जो की हाकमी देवी व उसके पति ने अपनी मेहनत से आवाद की है और अपना घर बनाया है हाकमी देवी के दो पुत्र है जो उसी के साथ रह रहे है. बड़ा बेटा जंगलात कारपोरेशन में है और छोटा मजदूरी करता है दोनों शादी शुदा है व अपने अपने परिवार सहित हाकमी देवी के साथ ही रह रहे है. लेकिन गांव के ही राजकुमार सपुत्र रोशन लाल जो की IPH में वेलदार व इसके भाई परिवार मिलकर जबरन हाकमी देवी के साथ लगती सरकारी ज़मीन जिसका खसरा नंबर 607 है को जोत रहे है और मौसम अनुसार फसल बीज देते है और जबरन हाकमी देवी के घर का रास्ता बाड लगा कर बंद कर देते है क्योंकि हाकमी देवी के लिए आने जाने का रास्ता इसी सरकारी जमीन से है पर राजकुमार जबरन इस जामीन को जोत देता है और कोई ना कोई फसल बीज कर बाड लगा देता है. जब हाकमी देवी व उसका परिवार इसका विरोध करता है की यह तो सरकारी जमीन है और रास्ता है तो राजकुमार व उसके भाई परिवार वाले सब मरने मारने पर उतारू हो जाते है इस बारे कई बार हाकमी देवी ने पटवारी व तहसीलदार बंगाणा से प्राथना कर रास्ता खुलवाया हैं पर आज दिनाक तक कोई कार्यवाही राजकुमार व उसके परिवार खिलाफ न हुई है और न ही रास्ते को पक्का किया गया है.
