Dalit youth of saripalli were made a flexi 8\\\'\\\'*10\\\'size with Ambedkar photo and displayed at main centre of the village. On 13 january 2017 about 11AM Paluri Santhosh kumar,Balananda Suresh,Sariplli Chaitanya and Majji Ramesh were cut the flexi and burnt in the BOGI fire. Rai eswara rao made a complaiint to Nellimarla Poilice station on the same day. But Police registred the case on 16-01-2017..The BC Community leadres tried to compramise thease case, Dalits not accepted to compramise,so Non dalits form a committee under Saripalli Baburao leadership to attack on Dalit Youth..still today dalits are very afriad about BC people and accused family members

Dalit youth Mr.Yagati yaswanth went to RTC Complex from  SC colony,at the coplmples road accused sekhar hit by his bike.yaswanth asked him that have you drive bike? immediately accused abused victim and threaned by told his Friend VAKADA BALU & MURALI who are roudies/anti social elements in the village.they are belongs to non Dalits abut 12.30 PM on 06-08-2017

sameday evening about 8PM Vakad Balu,Murali ,Krishna kanth,Raheem,Pandu and Bhaskar went to victim Yaswnth and his uncle jaisankar where sitting at panshop ,opposite the Police staion.without any clarification they attacked both of them and abused in the name of the caste. victims went to police satation and complaint againist them.The above accused enter into the police station and attacked in the presence of ploice head conistable Satyanarayana and others.

29अप्रैल2017 की रात 10:30 से 11 बजे के लगभग कैलाश नगर शोभापुर सारनी निवासी सोलह वर्षीय लड़की सपना बगाहे को उसका ब्वायफ्रेमड सागर कुरारिया बात करने के लिये मिलने बुलाता है.  जिस पर वह अपनी सहेली से पूछकर मिलने चली जाती है.  सागर के घर पर सागर के अलावा पांच लड़के और मिलते हैं जिसे वो पहचानती है,  सागर से वह उनके वहां होने पर आपत्ति जताती है तो पांचो वहां से चले जाते हैं.  तब सागर कमरा बंद कर सपना के साथ जोर जबरदस्ती कर शारिरिक संबंध बनाता है.  सपना के विरोध करने और बाहर भागने पर वह पीछे से उसके सर पर वार करताहै और चाकलेट खिलाता है.  सर पर और अधिक वार करता है जिससे सपना बेसुध हो जाती है.

जबउसे होश आता है तो वह खुद को हास्पिटल में पाती है और उसके शरीर में कोई हलचल नहीं होती है.  गर्दन के नीचे का हिस्सा पैरालिसिस हो चुका है. 

इधर सपना के घर में उसके जो सुबह जल्दी उठ जाते हैं उन्हे सपना बिस्तर पर नहां दिखती तो वो सपरिवार उसे ढूंडते है.  सपना उन्हे पीछे बाउंडरी के गेट पर पड़ी मिलती है जिसे लेकर वे अपने डिपार्टमेंट wcl हास्पिटल ले जाते हैं वहां से गंभीर हालत कोदेखते हुए सपना को नागपुर रैफर कर दिया जाता है. 

घर नें किसी को समझ नहीं आता है कि आखिर हुआक्या है.  22 दिन कॉमा में रगने के बाद सपनाको होश आता है लेकिन वह बोल नहीं पाती है. उसके कुल्हे की हड्डी,  रीढ़,  पसलियां टूट चुकी है.   धीर धीरे वह स्थिति को समझ पाती है और उसके साथ जो हुआ वह जैसे जैसे याद आता है अपने परिजन को बताती है.  तब 17 जून2017 को सपना के पिता सुनील बगाहे थाना सारनी में आवेदन देकर कार्रवाई की मांग करते हैं.  लेकिन पुलिस मामले को टालमटोल करती है. एक आरोपी सागर कुरारिया को गिरफ्तार कर रिमांड पर ना लेकर जेल भेज देती है.  इधर सपना पांच और आरोपियों के नाम बताती है जिन्होने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया था लेकिन पुलिस उसकी बात नहीं सुनती है.  मामला सुर्खियों में आने पर समाजसेवी,  सामाजिक संगठन हंगामा, रैली, ज्ञापन देते हैं तब कहीं जाकर पुलिस 12जुलाईको चालीस किलो मीटर दूर पहाड़ी रास्ते से ले जाकर 168मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने बयान दर्ज कराती है इस बीच सपना की हालत बहुत बिगड़ जाती है(विडियो कांफ्रेंस नहीं करवाती) बयान होने के तुरंत बाद दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया.  

प्रशासन की तरफ से सपना को कोई चिकित्सा सहायता नहीं दी जा रही है.  सपना के पिता जहां नौकरी करते हैं wcl कंपनी द्वारा सपनी को सिकंदराबाद स्थित गोमती हास्पिटस में इलाज करवाया जा रहा है.  डॉक्टरों का कहना है - सपना के घाव ठीक हो रहे हैं लेकिन उसके शरीर का निचला हिस्सा ठीक नहीं हो सकता

Mr. Raja is resident of West Pudhur Colony of Nasiyanur of Erode District. He is residing with his wife, daughter along with his parents. He is working as a daily wage labourer and on 28.06.2017 he was travelling towards his home town. By 8 pm he stopped near Hotel Paradise located at the Coimbatore- Salem highways for having a cup of tea. The hotel belonged to Mr. Periyasamy Gounder and as soon as Raja entered he was verbally abused by the hotel owner in filthy and derogartory language. Then Periyasamy rang up to Mr. Logesh and asked him to come to the hotel. Logesh along with 8 unidentified men reached the place with wooden logs and brutally attacked Raja stating that he should never come back to this hotel again.

In the mean time Raja\\\'s wife Kamala called his husband and Logesh pulled the mobile and told her to come to the hotel. Kamala, her daugther Savitha and Raja\\\'s mother Maral reached the hotel. Periyasamy, Logesh along with 8 men again brutally attacked Raja in front of them. 

Raja incurred brutal injuries at his head, hand and legs. His left side ear was completely injured and was then admitted to Perunthurai government hospital

कुमारी आशा उइके पिता राजू उइके, उम्र,17 वर्ष, निवासी ग्राम आरूल, बैतूल बाजार बैतूल म.प्र. कोलगांव में अपने मामा के यहां रह कर पढ़ाई करती है, उसकी बड़ी बहन की शादी में वह अपने घर आरूल बैतूल बाजार आई थी जो 20 अप्रैल2017 को सुबह बैंक से पैसे निकालने बैतूल गई, लेकिन वह पासबुक ले जाना भूल गई थी, वह वापस आने लगी तो उसे नीरज एंथोनी मिला जो उसके चाचा का दोस्त था, उसने उसे बहला फुसला कर उसके कमरे पर ले गया जहां उसने नशीला कोल्डड्रिंक पिलाय! चार दिन तक बंधक बनाकर उसके साथ बलात्कार किया, दिनांक 24/4/17 को सुबह उसके चाचा और परिजन वहां से छुड़ा ले गये. घर पहुंच कर उसने घरवालों को सारी बात बताई तो वे बैतूल बाजार थाने रिपोर्ट लिखाने गये, वहां रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखने पर वे लोग कोतवाली थाना बैतूल गये जहां पर नागरिकों और पत्रकारों के दबाव बनाने पर रिपोर्ट लिखी गई और मेडिकल करवाया गया! वर्तमान में आरोपी नीरज एंथोनी जेल में है वहीं पीड़िता को कोई आर्थिक मदद नहीं मिल पाई है.
