कुमारी आशा उइके पिता राजू उइके, उम्र,17 वर्ष, निवासी ग्राम आरूल, बैतूल बाजार बैतूल म.प्र. कोलगांव में अपने मामा के यहां रह कर पढ़ाई करती है, उसकी बड़ी बहन की शादी में वह अपने घर आरूल बैतूल बाजार आई थी जो 20 अप्रैल2017 को सुबह बैंक से पैसे निकालने बैतूल गई, लेकिन वह पासबुक ले जाना भूल गई थी, वह वापस आने लगी तो उसे नीरज एंथोनी मिला जो उसके चाचा का दोस्त था, उसने उसे बहला फुसला कर उसके कमरे पर ले गया जहां उसने नशीला कोल्डड्रिंक पिलाय! चार दिन तक बंधक बनाकर उसके साथ बलात्कार किया, दिनांक 24/4/17 को सुबह उसके चाचा और परिजन वहां से छुड़ा ले गये. घर पहुंच कर उसने घरवालों को सारी बात बताई तो वे बैतूल बाजार थाने रिपोर्ट लिखाने गये, वहां रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखने पर वे लोग कोतवाली थाना बैतूल गये जहां पर नागरिकों और पत्रकारों के दबाव बनाने पर रिपोर्ट लिखी गई और मेडिकल करवाया गया! वर्तमान में आरोपी नीरज एंथोनी जेल में है वहीं पीड़िता को कोई आर्थिक मदद नहीं मिल पाई है.

Nivarthi shirresha is a victim in cr.74/2017 u/s 417,354D IPC,3(1)(R)(S) POA 2015,she was married women.and mentally physically harresd by the Husbaund L.Suresh kumar,Due to this family dispute ,husband went to court for Divorce also,so Mr.Somanchi Sivaramamurty trapped her,SHE is cheted by Brahmin young man who is working in SBI,he had provoke to iillegal contact by false promisuing of support and re marrisege. on 1st May 2017 Victim and R.Rambabu went to his home at 10.15AM,Acused and mother Venkatalaxmi,his sister Gayatri attcked and abused in the name of caste.

same day they gave complaint to Ectherla police station.Polices are not taking any action.they the went to SP grievence,due to tha Police were registerd the case on 8 th May 2017. and they regisred the counter case againist the Vicitm Under Cr.no:85/2017 in Srikakulam Rural Police station.

GANG RAPE AND MURDER OF A DALIT WOMAN

The date of 17th January 2017, The deceased Sunita went to Cutting grass in the field  at the time of 4 pm. After the evening ,when Sunita does not come home,all started looking every where to her. but they did not find her . 

Next day , the Family members and Villagers re starting looking her . After much searching , her dead body was found in a field of Arhar outside the village at the time of 12 noon. After that family member called to Brother of late Sunita. Her brother  Bhim singh given the Application to Kokhraj Police Station for Lodge FIR and arrest to Accused.

Dalit boy Shiv Kumar R/o Village Mirchpur, Distt. Hisar, Haryana, is a good athlete and he has won many competitions in this field. That is the reason as to why Jat boys used to keep jealous against him.

On 30.01.2017 at about 8 P.M there was a cycling race competition in the village ground. Victim Shiv Kumar went to watch the competition. Many jat boys were already present there. One of the accused persons passed a caste based comment targeting Shiv Kumar. Shiv Kumar objected this. Subsequently, Mr. Vikas and Naveen slapped him and started abusing him in the caste name. Having seen this some victims friends came in to rescue. Since the perpetrators who were already equipped with deadly weapons, started to beat them brutally with lathi and Dandas.

Victims  sustained grievous injuries. Meanwhile police also reached on the spot. Having seen the police , perpetrators ran away from there. Later the victims were taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.

Same day i.e, on 31.01.2017 an FIR No. 025/17 u/s 148/149/323/324 IPC r/w. S. 3 SC/ST Act was registered and four perpetrators were arrested by the police.

                            यह घटना जिला ऊना की तहसील हरोली में पड़ते गांव गोंदपुर जयचंद की है. यह गांव ऊना से लगभग 35 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है. इस गांव में  हर वर्ष पूरी रात भर का दहाजा नामक कार्यक्रम किया जाता है जो की एक दलित साहित्य नाटकों के रूप में होता है तथा देवता सिद्ध चानो को समर्पित किया जाता है. इस  कार्यक्रम के लिए साथ लगते कई गांवो से चंदा इक्कठा किया जाता है और सभी के लिए लंगर लगाया जाता है. और सभी गांव वासियों को सादर आमंत्रित किया जाता है. इस बार भी यह कार्यक्रम गोंदपुर जयचंद में 17 दिसम्बर 2016 को किया गया जिसमें कई गांव से लोग आये हुए थे गोंदपुर के बिलकुल साथ ही एक गांव बेहली लगता है. जिसमें सिर्फ पंजाबी जाटों की आबादी है. इस गांव से भी कई लोग दलित बस्ती में कार्यक्रम देखने को आये हुए थे इनमे से कुछ लड़को ने शराब पी रखी थी और प्रोगराम में हुड्दुंग मचा रहे थे जिस पर लखबीर सपुत्र जसविंदर सिंह निवासी गोंदपुर जयचंद उन्हें ऐसा ना करने को कहा जिस पर वह नहीं रुके और कार्यक्रम के बीच में ही हाथा पाई होने लगे और वहां से देख लेगें की धमकी देकर चले गए दुसरे दिन 18 दिसम्बर को रात को देवता सिद्ध चानो के मंदिर में सभा बुलाई गई जिसमे सभी जाटों को और उनके बेटों को बुलाया गया और जिला परिषद मेम्बर प्रधान लख्खी (जाट) के सामने इस बात को ख़त्म किया गया और आगे से कोई भी लड़ाई झगड़ा ना करने बारे कहा गया और सभी का बिना किसी लिखित कार्यवाही के समझोता हो गया. 

        19 दिसम्बर 2016 की सुबह दलित बस्ती में से लखबीर सिंह सपुत्र जसविंदर सिंह उम्र 17 कक्षा +2, सुच्चा सिंह स्पुत्र गुरदियाल सिंह उम्र 16 कक्षा 10, अश्वनी        कुमार स्पुत्र नक्श्तर चन्द उम्र 18 कक्षा +2, गोल्डी स्पुत्र हरबंस लाल उम्र 16 कक्षा +1, राज कुमार स्पुत्र चमन लाल उम्र 18 कक्षा +2, कुशल स्पुत्र हरबंस लाल उम्र 17 कक्षा +2, राकेश कुमार स्पुत्र रामपाल उम्र 16 कक्षा 10 अपने स्कुल गोंदपुर जयचंद के गेट पर करीब 9 बजे खड़े थे की आचानक उसी समय जट जाति में से हरदीप सिंह स्पुत्र मलकीत सिंह, गुरप्रीत सिंह स्पुत्र भजन सिंह, जसवीर सिंह स्पुत्र भज्जी, बलकार सिंह स्पुत्र करनैल सिंह, सरबजीत सिंह स्पुत्र करनैल सिंह व लाडी सभी निवासी बेहली गोंदपुर तीन मोटर साइकिल पर सवार होकर आये और लखवीर सिंह व उसके सभी दोस्तों को डंडो, लातों, मुक्को से एकदम पीटने लग गए तभी स्कुल के अंदर से स्कुल की अधियापिका कंचन अध्यापक महेश कुमार व प्रिंसिपल ने लखवीर सिंह व उसके सभी दोस्तों को जाटों के लडको की मारपीट से छुड़वाया और तुरंत पुलिस थाना हरोली में पुलिस को फोन कर बुलाया व पकडे गए जाटों के लड़को को पुलिस के हवाले किया और लखवीर सिंह व उसके सभी दोस्तों की तरफ से मामला दर्ज करवाया, NDMJ टीम भी मौका ए वारदात पर पहुंची और पुलिस के साथ थाना में जाकर FIR में SC/ST एक्ट लगवाया, लडको का साथ मिलकर मेडिकल करवाया और शाम को पीड़ित लडको को उनके परिवार के हवाले किया.
