please find to take at your notice of complaint against the people mentioned above, citing details I have purchased an land bearing survey number yet in Kadtal Village to an extent of 1-00 Acer from Mrs SRILATHA who is the owner of said property and has also paid an advance towards the sale 2,80,000/-.

The SRILATHA is the widow who sold this land under proper agreement, for which Registration is due as per conditions and handed over the ownership of her documents and allowed me to demarcate boundaries.

This sale and purchase is objected by her family members, who do not want her to sell the property to person from Madiga Community, pursuant to this when I went to said land on 06-03-2016 around 03.30 pm for demarcation of boundaries, all the abòve mentioned people came on to the spot with crowd of 20 to 30 people and started threatening me and my friend G.Narsimha who is also the brother of Srilatha

 There was group of 20 to 30 person who surrounded us to attack when my friend even tirend to inform about their threir life to the CIRCLE  INSPECTOR Mr VENUGOPAL REDDY, who blankly refused any help and statedthat \"ne ok pain laedu eeh  Sunday rozu, maku rest guda leda\" and disconnected the phone call

The said inspector was called from the mobile number 7386542810 to the mobile number of Circle Inspector Mr VENUGOPAL REDDY on 9440795749 around 3.30 Pm before the commencement of attack on us but he failed to protect us due to which this incident escalated to crime by this people.

जालौन जिले के भगवानपुरा गावं में दलितों दुवारा किये गए बौद्ध सम्मलेन के आयोजन को लेकर गावं के कुछ लोगों को नागवार गुजरा , दिनांक- 29 जून 2016 को गजेन्द्र पुत्र रतनलाल उम्र ४० वर्ष पेशा मजदूरी जाति- अनुसूचित जाति(चमार)  निवासी ग्राम भगवानपुरा थाना कोतवाली माधौगढ़,जनपद जालौन , 29 जून को शाम 4 बजे प्राथी गजेन्द्र गावं के सार्वजानिक  स्थान पर बने शंकर भगवन के मंदिर पर बैठा था की तभी मुन्ना सिंह पुत्र रणजीत सिंह ,जगदीश सिंह पुत्र महावीर सिंह ,दोलात्सिंह पुत्र लक्ष्मण सिंह,जाति ठाकुर निवासी भगवन पूरा आये और हमें जाति सूचक भद्दी भद्दी गलियां देने लगे की सेल चमराबाले ज्यादा बौद्ध सम्मलेन करवाते हो , और बुरी तरह पिटाई कर नीचे धकेल दिया, और मुझे गलियां डेरे रहे व भारत रत्न बाबा साहब डॉ आंबेडकर की मूर्ति तोड़ने की धमकी दी और कहा की यदि पुलिस में रिपोर्ट की तो तुम सबको जान से मार देंगे ,

   प्राथी दुवारा इसकी सुचना संबधित पुलिस थाना माधोगढ को दी गई पुलिस ने साधारण सी धारा 323,504,506  व SC/ST Act  के 3(1)(10) में मुकदमा पंजीक्रत किया हे लेकिन न ही आरोपियों को पकड़ा हे व बहार छुट्टा घूम रहे हे और लगातार धमकियाँ दे रहे हे !
