A man named Palanisamy belonged to the Gounder community was cutting palmyra fruit from the tree and was selling it On 20.05.2018 about 2: 30 pm 5  boys belonged to the Arunthathiyar community were playing near the shop. Mean time  Loganathan landlord and from the dominant caste community had enquired about Palanisamy and had scolded him not to put the shop on the road and had beaten up. The Dalit boys rushed to the spot and told the man to stop beating Palanisamy; but the accused person along with Appachi had beaten the Dalit boys for questioning them. Presently a case was registered at Kanchikovil PS with the crime number: 93/2018 u/s 323, 506 (i) IPC r/w 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST PoA Amendment Act 2015 

The Scheduled caste people in JJ Nagar of Arachalur Taluk of Erode District have owned autos and were driving in their localities. This was not accepted by the dominant caste people in the same village and they have discriminated the SC auto drivers and opposed to drive auto in the roads. On 05.07.2017 there was a big clash between these two groups and a FIR was lodged on 13.07.2017 with the crime number: 152/2017 at Arachalur PS u/s 294 (b), 506 (i) of IPC r/w 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST PoA Amendment Act 2015. Also charge sheet was filed in the above incident. Again on 15.05.2018 unidentified persons have brutally attacked and discriminated in abusive language against a Dalit man named Mayilsamy (auto driver, having own auto) and they have attempted to murder by riding the auto on him. He incurred severe injuries and  a case was registered at Arachalur PS FIR Number. 78/2018, 297, 337, 506(i), r/w 3(1)(r), 3 (1)(s) 3(2) (va) SC/ST PoA Act.

दिनक 02 .04.2018 को सुबह करीब 8.30 बजे sc/st act को सशक्त बनाने एवं व्यहार में स्थापित करने की मांग को लेकर दलित वर्ग के लोग सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के सिकरहना सबडिविजन  के मुख्यालय ढाका  स्थित गाँधी चौक पर धरना कार्यक्रम शुरू करने जा रहे थे l उस समय ncdhr के प्रदेश महासचिव विद्यानंद राम , अनुमंडल संयोजक गगनदेव राम , अनुमंडल सचिव जगजीत राम , दिनेश राम , कमल देव राम करुण सहित करीब 15 की संख्या में लोग थे l जब ये लोग बैठने के लिए दरी बिछा रहे थे l इसी क्रम में गाँधी चौक ढाका के निकट संतुष्टि होटल है l उसका मालिक विकास कुमार साह ,पिता स्वर्गीय शंकर साह , ग्राम  ढाकारामचंद्र , थाना ढाका ,जिला  पूर्वीचंपारण , जाति पिछड़ी तेली अपने होटल के पास क्ररीब एक दर्जन से ज्यादा लोगो के साथ गलत मजमा बनाकर गुफ्तगू  कर रहे थे l  जब दलित वर्ग के लोग दरी पर बैठ गए तो उक्त सभी लोग डंडा , लोहे का रड्ड लिए हुए धरनार्थियो के पास आकर बाबा साहब डॉ अम्बेडकर को भंदी भंदी गांलियां देने लगे l धरनार्थियों द्वारा हस्तक्षेप किया गया तो वे लोग धरनार्थियों पर हमला बोल दिए i  कई लोगो को छोटे आई l होटल मालिक विकाश कुमार साह , ढाका पटेल नगर निवासी अजय पटेल एवं राजा गिरी ये सभी लोग ncdhr के प्रदेश महासचिव विद्यानंद राम एवं सबडिविजन के संयोजक गगनदेव राम को निशाना बनाकर रड से जानलेवा हमला बोल दिया l लोगो के बीच बचाव से वे बाल बाल बच गए l आरोपियों का आक्रामक तेवर देख कर विद्यानंद राम द्वारा स्थानीय sdo एवं थाना अध्यक्ष को मोबाईल से सूचना दी l उक्त संदर्भ में थाना ढाका में कांड संख्या : 98/18 के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज करायी गई l 

आरोपियों द्वारा घटना के 02 दिनों बाद यानी दिनाक 04 .04 .2018 को मुख्य आपराधि के बड़े भाई द्वारा  विद्यानंद राम सहित पांच मानवाधिकार कार्यकर्ताओ के विरुद्ध ढाका थाना कांड संख्या : 100/18  के तहत काउंटर केस / मनगढ़ंत मुकदमा किया गया . मामले के प्रति पुलिस का रवैया उदासीन है l
