Devi Deen उम्र लगभग 45 वर्ष जो की लक्ष्मणपुर तिलक के निवासी हैं परिवार का पालन पोषण के लिए वह पूरे परिवार के साथ दिल्ली में फैक्ट्री में काम करते हैं बड़ा बेटा राम जी उम्र 18 वर्ष जो कि गांव में अपने दादी बाबा के साथ रहता है और पढ़ाई करता है वह क्रिकेट खेलने के लिए गांव के अमजोली के लड़कों के साथ क्रिकेट खेलने चला जाता था क्रिकेट खेलने के दौरान राम जी ने ₹1000 आरोपी सचिन सिंह ने राम जी को ₹1000 देने से मना किया और जाति सूचक गाली देने लगा और हाथ पैर तोड़ने की धमकी देने लगा राम जी ने कुछ नहीं कहां और वहां से चुपचाप चला आया
03/08/2023 रात करीब 10:00 बजे लगभग राम जी को घर के अंदर से घसीटते हुए बाहर ले गए गाली गलौज करने लगे राम जी घर के अंदर लेटा था तीन-चार व्यक्ति आय चार पहिया गाड़ी से और घर के अंदर जाकर राम जी को मार्ग सिखाते हुए ले गए राम जी को अधमरा मारा छोड़कर जैसे ही आसपास के लोग शोर सुनकर आने लगे तभी आरोपी ने मारना बंद कर दिया दादी गंगा श्री उम्र 80 वर्ष राम जी को बचाने की कोशिश करने पर आरोपी ने गंगा श्री को मारा और धक्का दे दिया जिसके कारण गंगा श्री के कमर पर गंभीर चोट आई और राम जी के मुंह में मारा और सर पर जिससे वह व्यस्त हो गया जैसे ही आसपास के लोग शोर सुनकर बाहर आए वैसे ही आरोपी जल्द ही गाड़ी में बैठकर फरार हो गए पास के एक व्यक्ति ने पुलिस को फोन किया रामजी वैश पड़ा था नाक और मुंह से खून निकल रहा था पुलिस ने एंबुलेंस बुलाकर मंगलपुर सामुदायिक केंद्र में भर्ती कराया ज्यादा गंभीर चोट होने के कारण उन्होंने जिला अस्पताल के लिए रेफर कर दिया कई दिनों तक इलाज चलता रहा और पुलिस ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई और फिर की राम जी को गंभीर चोट होने के कारण वह उसका स्वास्थ्य ठीक नहीं है मुंह में गंभीर चोट होने के कारण खाना नहीं का पता है वर्तमान में भी आरोपी धमकी देते हैं कि आगे की कार्रवाई रोक लो नहीं तो पूरे धानुक एससी समाज को मारूंगा!

मृतक शिवपाल पत्नी गुड्डी देवी दलित समुदाय से आते हैं व्यवसाय मजदूरी पशुपालन शिवपाल की उम्र लगभग 45 वर्ष जो की मजदूरी का काम करता था वह रोजाना की तरह शाम को कम करने के बाद श्यामलाल साहू के यहां रोज का आना जाना था क्योंकि शिवपाल को गंजा की लत थी और वह रोज पीने के कारण श्यामलाल साहू के यहां शाम के वक्त जाता था और रोजाना की तरह

16/07/2023 शिवपाल सिंह गांजा पीने के कारण श्याम लाल साहू के यहां शाम के करीब 8:00 बजे गए 10:00 बजाने के बाद जब शिवपाल घर नहीं पहुंचा तो परिवार चिंतित हुए लेकिन गांव का मामला था परिवार वालों ने सोचा की आ जाएंगे गांव में ही गए हैं क्योंकि परिवार को पता था गांजा पीने के लिए श्यामलाल साहू के यहां जाते हैं 11:12 बजे के बाद रात को परिवार के कुछ लोगों ने खोजना शुरू किया रिश्तेदारों के यहां फोन करके पूछा लेकिन कुछ पता ना चला सुबह प्रातः 4:00 बजे से शिवपाल को ढूंढना शुरू किया दलित समुदाय के कई व्यक्तियों ने गांव के आसपास ढूंढते रहे लेकिन शिवपाल नहीं मिला कुछ समय बाद न मिलने पर परिवार जनों ने मंगलपुर थाना में सूचना दी गुमशुदी के पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई की और गांव में जांच शुरू की जांच के दौरान पुलिस को गांव के बाहर खेत में शिवपाल सिंह के कुछ कपड़े मिले जैसे पेट तोलिया मिला और कुछ खेत के आसपास खून की बूंदे मिली पुलिस को शंका हुई और पूरा फोर्स बुलवाया पूरे गांव में जांच शुरू की जिस खेत में शिवपाल की हत्या की गई उसे सुबह ही सबूत मिटाने के तौर पर ट्रैक्टर से जूता दिया गया आरोपी दीपक चौहान s/o अजय पाल सिंह चौहान, राम प्रकाश s/o श्यामलाल साहू !

दीपक चौहान ने अपने ही घर के अंदर शिवपाल की लाश अंदर रखी हुई थी पुलिस ने खोजते हुए घर पहुंचा और पुलिस ने उसे कमरे का ताला तुड़वाया और लाश बरामद की आरोपी को ढूंढने की खोज में आरोपी गांव में ही अपने ही परिवार में छुपा बैठा था और किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति से धमकी का संदेश दे रहा था कि शिवपाल के परिवार वालों से बोल दो कि अगर पुलिस को कुछ भी मेरे खिलाफ बताया तो मैं पूरे परिवार को जान से मार दूंगा पुलिस को कुछ ना बताएं ऐसा परिवार वालों को धमकाने की कोशिश की तुम साले चमारों को जिंदा नहीं छोडूंगा अगर पुलिस को कुछ बताया और दीपक सिंह चौहान ने दूसरे व्यक्ति से यह सब कहा जैसे ही पीड़ित परिवार को यह बात पता चली तो तुरंत पुलिस को बताया और पुलिस ने आरोपी दीपक चौहान को इस घर में दबोच लिया आरोपी को पुलिस ने जेल भेज दिया और लाश को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए अकबरपुर माती जिला अस्पताल भेज दिया गया पुलिस ने अपने जिम्मेदारी बहुत अच्छी तरह से निभाई और आगे की कार्रवाई सही तरीके से कर रहे हैं उम्मीद है दलित परिवार को जल्दी न्याय मिलेगा

मुन्नी देवीw/o पप्पू तीन पीढियां से पतरा में निवास कर रहे हैं और पूरा परिवार मजदूरी पर निर्भर है यह दलित समुदाय से आते हैं इनका उनका घर रोड के किनारे हैं और कई महीनो से देवेंद्र ठाकुर मुन्नी देवी को और उनकी बेटी प्रियंका को धमकी दे रहे हैं कि घर खाली करके गांव से चले जाओ घर खाली करने का कारण मुन्नी देवी का रोड के किनारे घर है और देवेंद्र ठाकुर का पीछे घर है देवेंद्र ठाकुर चाहता है की मुझे पीछे से आगे तक रोड तक एकदम सामना घर मिले और इसमें आने आता है दलित परिवार पप्पू का घर जो कि अपने पत्नी मुन्नी देवी और बेटी प्रियंका दो पुत्रों के साथ गुजर बसर कर रहे हैं इनका परिवार तीन पीढियां से इस घर पर रह रहा है लेकिन देवेंद्र ठाकुर जबरन घर खाली करने की बात करता है रोजाना मुन्नी देवी प्रियंका को परेशान करता है 15/07/2023 देवांश ठाकुर ने प्रियंका से झगड़ा करने लगा और घर खाली करने को कहा प्रियंका ने मना किया तो देवांश घर के अंदर घुसकर प्रियंका के मुंह में अपनी चप्पल उतार कर मेरी और बद्दी बद्दी गाली देने लगा घर के अंदर जाकर प्रियंका के कपड़े फाड़ दिए देवांश देवेंद्र ठाकुर दोनों आए दिन दलित पीड़ित परिवार को घर खाली करने की धमकी देते हैं रोजाना जाति सूचक गलियों का प्रयोग करते हैं इस तरह से दलित परिवार को परेशान किया है

Due to the assault, he suffered a fracture in his spinal cord which was not properly treated in the government hospital. He is still in bed and we do not have enough money to get him treated privately and we are not getting any help from the government.Also talked to Priyanka Jharia who is still in bed and is unable to sit up and walk on her own.
