Erode district, Theeyampoonthurai, Sirangapalayam Village, Arunthathiyar Poogodi, was brutally attacked by Sanmugasundaram Gounder and his wife for grazing the goats in the public place. Poogodi was admitted in Erode GH as inpatient, undergone treatment for 6 days. Therefore, case was filed in Arachalur Station under PoA Amendment Act 2015 by Poongodi. But asusual Police officers helped the accused and ignored to arrest them. Poogodi had strongly complained Sanmugam and his wife attacked her brutally.

यह घटना जिला ऊना की तहसील अम्ब में गांव बडोह की है. इस गांव में सुरिन्दर कुमार सपुत्र सुरजन राम जाती चमार रहता है जो की पलम्बर का काम करता है. 27 अगस्त 2016 को सुरिन्दर कुमार शाम को काम से घर वापिस आया. उसके बाद करीब 7:15 बजे सुरिन्दर कुमार घर से थोड़ा दूर दूकान से सामान लाने गया. सुरिन्दर ने पटियाल टेंट हाऊस की दूकान से एक बीडी का बंडल व बिस्कुट खरीदे उस दूकान मालिक का नाम यशपाल जाति राजपूत है. उसकी दूकान संजू सपुत्र राम लाल जाति राजपूत उम्र करीब 40 वर्ष निवासी गांव बडोह दारू पी रहा था और उसने काफी दारु पी रखी और दूकान के बाहर थोड़ा सा आगे को अपना ट्रैक्टर खड़ा कर रखा था सामने से किसी की गाडी आती देख सुरिन्दर कुमार ने संजू को कहा की संजू अपना ट्रैक्टर साइड में कर लो ताकि गाडी निकल जाए इतने में सुरिन्दर को संजू ने नशे की हालत में गले से पकड लिया और सुरिन्दर की टीशर्ट फाड़ दी और कहने लगा “चल सालेया कुतिया चमारा”  मेरा ट्रैक्टर यहीं रहेगा और संजू सुरिन्दर को पीटने लगा उस दोरान मौके पर पटियाल टेंट हाऊस की दूकान पर गांव का उपप्रधान जाति राजपूत भी मौजूद था. सुरिन्दर कुमार की आखों की रोशनी बहुत कम है उसको 9 नम्बर का चश्मा लगा हुआ है संजू जब सुरिन्दर को पिट रहा था तो वहां मौके पर राकेश कुमार सपुत्र मंगल सिंह जाति राजपूत उम्र करीब 38 वर्ष निवासी बडोह व गौरब सपुत्र दर्शन सिंह जाति राजपूत उम्र 25 वर्ष निवासी बडोह वहां पर आये और संजू जोर जोर से चिल्लाने लगा की मुझे मार दिया तो वे दोनों राकेश कुमार और गौरब भी सुरिन्दर को पीटने लग गए वहां पर काफी सारे लोग इक्कठा हुए तो सुरिन्दर उन से बच कर साथ के एक मक्की के खेत में छिप गया और अपने घर वालों को फोन किया और साड़ी घटना बारे अपनी पत्नी को बताया जब उसकी पत्नी और बच्चे मोके पर आये तो सुरिन्दर खेत से बाहर आया इतने में संजू, राकेश,गोरब ने उसे उठा कर जोर से पक्की सड़क पर फेका फिर सुरिन्दर को उसकी पत्नी ने उसको उनके चुंगल से छुडाया. फिर वो तीनों वहा मौके से फरार हो गए और सुरिन्दर की बायीं टांग में पहले से ही राड पड़ी हुई है पर सड़क पर गिराने बाद व चलने की हालात में नहीं रहा इसलिए सुरिन्दर के पास बच्चों को छोड़ सुरिन्दर की पत्नी त्रिवता किसी के मोटरसाइकिल से लिफ्ट लेकर घटना स्थल से 3-4 कि०मी० दूर थाना गगरेट पहुंची और थाना में मुंशी अश्वनी कुमार को साड़ी घटना बताई उन्होंने सुरिन्दर की पत्नी त्रिवता से कहा की तुम जायो हम वहां पहुँच जाते है तो थोड़ी देर बाद ही 108 गाडी व पुलिस वहां पर आ गई तब सुरिन्दर को गगरेट अस्पताल में ले जाया गया पर वहां से उसकी हालत देखते हुए सुरिन्दर को जिला ऊना के अस्पताल में रेफर कर दिया जिसके लिए गगरेट अस्पताल वालों ने अपनी गाडी देने से मना कर दिया पर बाद में CMO को फोन किया तब सुरिन्दर को सरकारी गाडी में ऊना लाया गया. ऊना अस्पताल में तीन बाद NDMJ टीम पहुंची और CMO से मिली और सही से सुरिन्दर का इलाज करवाया और DSP अम्ब जतिन्दर चौधरी द्वरा इस केस में  SC/ST act के तहत मामला दर्ज करवाया. 

The deceased victim (14) d/o VijenderPaswas and Meena Devi was a r/o Ajit Nagar Burari. On 9.12.2015 the girl was alone in the house when Shivshankar (20) s/o Mahesh Sharma r/o AjitViahrBurari came into the house on some pretext and raped the girl. He threatened the girl of murder if she revealed about the rape to her family members. On 13.12..2015 the accused Shivshankar again tried to get into the house but was unsuccessful . however, on 16.12.2015 Shivshankar reached the girl’s school informed her of her father being met with an accident due to which he was in hospital. The girl was in a state of shock and cried, the accused shivshankar gave her a hankie and the girl was conscious. Next thing the girl found herself in a room, where she was kept till 21.12.2015 where she was again raped by the accused shivshankar. Later same day he left the girl near sharlimar palace Burari and she reached home. She told her parents of all the incidents and they confronted the accused and his family. A private gathering in the neighbourhood was called in which a few people suggested to get the minor girl married to the accused, accused family and a Pradhan of the area Bablu also suggested marriage. The accused Shivshankar fled to his village.

The victim family went to the police station to lodge a complaint which was done only on 24.12.2015 with the pressure from DCP civil lines to the SHO Burari. Earlier the police did not file the FIR and were trying to settle a compromise between the accused and victim family in terms of marriage and money being offered. The victim’s parents wanted a case to be filed. However, before the hearing the accused made the girl change her statement on account of which the accused Shivshankar was out on bail. The accused Shivshankar, his father Mahesh and uncle Surender threatened the victim’s family to take back the case or face consequences of abduction and rape again. Just before the hearing the girl was again picked up from home on 15 May, 2016 and was in their hostage till 27^th May, 2016. On 27^th May, the police called the victim’s parents to the police station Burari and found the girl in a bad condition along with the accused family. The girls’ parents were not allowed to meet her but they demanded a medical to be done. The girl was sent for medical and from the PS to NariNiketan on 27 May itself.  In NariNiketan her condition worsened and the parents were called they brought her home, the girl was vomiting blood. The parents took her to LNJP hospital where she was admitted and the tests confirmed intake of corrosive poison impacting the internal organs. The girl’s uncle informed the media and Punjab kesari published the news on which DCW came to know of the case and intervened. The girl was shifted to Max Hospital SharlimarBagh in July, 2016. During observation and treatment she went into coma, the magistrate came on 18^th July to take her statement and was unable to take a statement as the girl was in coma. The girl died on 24 July 2016.

On 11^th July, around 11.30 AM as usually victims Vasharambhai Balubhai and 3 others were carried dead cow in their mini four wheeler vehicle from Bedia village to near their village Mota Samadhiyala where they scrape the skin of dead cow while in 4 wheeler so called Gau Rakshak Samiti members were came and blaming that why you all were killed cow? Dalit youth replied we are not killing cow but scrape the skin of dead cow and then crowd angrily used abusive terms to the 4 dalit youths and beating with wooden sticks and iron pipes stupidly on body of dalits. During this incident some of have called to Balubhai regarding crown are beating to their sons so that time immediately came with her wife Kuwarben at that place and trying to save their children and requesting to that we are not killed cow but about 40-50 crowd is very angrily beating him also. Balubhai had severe head injury crown beaten by the iron pipe. During that Vasharambhai and his relative who was at incident place called to Police but there is not quick response by the police.

After that the crowd were took all victims in their four wheel at Una  and also very badly beating in front of Una Bus-stand; where lots more people were seen this beating picture of 4 dalit youth as which was seen video viral in media.
