Date of  16.5.2015 , Victim Priya (name changed) was went to Bathing in a Water Minor Canal in Near of Her Home as Regulary. The Date of Incident Victim Went to Bathing in that Canal. In the Canal level of Water was  one  feet only. When she Bathing One Accused Came to her near and Catched her. That Person  mouth was binding by the Plaid (Towel) .He catched her and took her awar from canal and  raped .After this The Accused  threatened to the Vicitm \\\'s  little sister sanjana to stop her mouth and do not say to other about this case and said to run away from there .  those sisters sanajana and savitri are sisters of Vicitm Preeti. than savitri and sanjanaa  eloped and were going to under groung near the canal .after some time Preeti  was crying  and comming . they returning to their home back.

On 16^th May 2015, a Dalit minor girl Priya (name changed) 8 years old was brutally attacked and raped by dominant caste man from Village-Niyardeeh, PS- Cholapur, Tahseel- Pindara, District- Varanasi. After receiving information regarding the gruesome incident, Mr. Ram Dular (DHRD – NDMJ) along with 2 advocates and 1 other DHRD conducted a Fact Finding visit to the place of incident and the concerned village on 21-05-2015, in order to record the existing situation and take up the required interventions. 

Sabina Pangi, aged about 13 years, daughter of Sanadhar Pangi of Ranginiguda village under Chaulamandi Gram Panchayat of Mathili block under Mathili Police Station limit of Malkangiri district. She was studying at Banduguda Primary school in class V. She was sexually exploited by the school teacher Mr. Chandramani Chaudhuri in the false promise of marriage.  His age about 37 and married person, lives in Postline of Mathili block under Mathili police station limit.

In last year during the lunch break Mr. Chandramani Chaudhuri one of teacher called me to the classroom and forcefully had physical relationship with Sabina. He warned to Sabina not to disclose with anybody and he will marry to Sabina. He did physical relationship with Sabina Pangi for 2/3 times in the school hour. After the completion of class V, Sabina has taken admission in the Chaulamandi Upper Primary School and she left the Bandumunda Primary school. So Mr. Chandramani Chaudhuri followed her and asked her for physical relationship when she refused and demand for marriage he escapes from his. She shared all the matter to her mother and went to his house for the justice. But nobody support them, on 13/03/2015 she along with her mother went to Mathili police station to file a complaint against Mr. Chandramani Chaudhuri but the police has not register her complain. Then she went to the Women commission for giving her complaint. When the Mathili police got to know about the commission they had lodged an FIR against Mr. Chandramani Chaudhuri. Case no. 16/15 under the section 376(2)(f)(i)IPC/u/s4 of POCSO Act 2012. The police started investigation that the accused was absconded and no information about him. The villagers were not supporting to the family members so Sabina and her family were staying outside from their village. 

Dangawas village situated in Nagaur District is having a population of fifteen thousand Jats whereas there are barely three thousand Dalit families. There was a old dispute over 23 Bigha land between Kana Ram Jat and Ratna Ram Meghwal in fact this land was legally belong to Meghwal community and the ancestors of the Ratna Ram Meghwal. Ratna Ram Meghwal built a Kacha house over the land and started living there. The village is 3 kilometres far from the field. On 14^th May, 2015, the Jat community convened a Khap Panchayat to resolve this matter once for all and summoned Ratna Ram Meghwal but Meghwal refused to join the Khap Panchayat. On the refusal of Meghwal community, a mob of Jats marched Meghwal’s house with guns, rods and sticks in dozens of tractors were brought for which Jat’s with gun, axes, and other weapons marched towards the house of Meghwal. Jat supporters first crashed the house of Ratna Ram Meghwal with tractors. Thereafter they mercilessly chased and crashed the Dalits by tractors and left five people including three Meghwal’s and one Rampal Gosain dead and fourteen Dalits including six women seriously injured. Dalit women were brought out from the crashed house and beaten badly. There were four tractors chasing women to crash them and later beat them with sticks. The mob also torched and burnt tractor-trolley and four motorcycles of Meghwals. Hundreds of Meghwals fled away from their houses and still scared of attack from Jat community because entire administration and elected representatives are dominated. It is also alleged that Dalit women were also molested by the Jat people. The injured Meghwal victims were hospitalized in the Merta City Hospital but the Jat mob attacked in the hospital too to kill the injured people. From that hospital, the injured were referred to Jawahar Lal Nehru Hospital, Ajmer. Later on  two Meghwal victim were died because of the critical condition. 

Kuppan (65) belongs to Dalit community, resides at Raman Thottam, Vinoba Nagar, Vadukkapatti village, Arachalur Via, Erode Taluk of Erode District in Tamil Nadu. Since 1979 11 1/2 Acars of land was given to him and his three borthers Chinna raman, Periya Raman, Gurunathan and Kuppan through Boomi thana Eyakkam. His land was enchorached by Caste Hindu Mr.Subburaya Gounder and his son Palanisamy gounder. On 22.05.2015 Palanisamy gounder tied his cows in Kuppan agricultural land for raring. Meanwhile Nachammal wife of Kuppan was opposed to tied cow in her land. Meanwhile Palanisamy cutted her leg and hand, at the same time her relative Rathanal came to stop the atrocities her also cutted. Kuppan also assaulted by Palanisamy. They were admitted in government hospital. Arachalur police filed case against caste Hindu by SC/ST PoA Act. Follwoed that Accused arrested by Police.
