घटना के दो दिन पूर्व प्रमोद पप्पू पांडेय की चाय की दुकान पर बैठा था वह पर पप्पू पांडेय के कहने पर स्थित बॉस की कोठ में बॉस पप्पू पांडेय कटवाए तथा दुकान के सामने ५ खुटा भी गुदवाये इसके बाद कुल्लू पांडेय अपने दो लड़को के साथ प्रमोद के घर आकर के गाली गलौज दिए तथा जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए कहे तुह्मारा लड़का मेरा नुक्सान किया है दो दिन के अंदर मैं इसको गायब कर दूंगा 

Dalit Velusamy (28) was residing with his family in Pannapalayam village of Perunthurai Taluk of Erode District. He was brutally attacked by a mob of 20 dominant caste Hindus of the same village and was verbally abused referring to his caste names. Velusamy was then admitted to the Erode Governement Hospital and was discharged on 13.11.2016. He had incurred severe injuries at his hands, legs and inner wound in his abdomen. Also the caste Hindus had lodged a false complaint against Velusamy along with 5 Arunthathiyar youth of the same village stating that these Arunthathiyar youth made an attempt to rape a caste Hindu woman of 65 years old.

Mr.Selvan belongs to Arunthathiyar community, reside at Pudhu colony, Ranganathapuram, Gopi Taluk of Tirupur District in Tamil Nadu. Mr. Selvan planned to start Periyar Library in his place, for this particular reason the Caste Hindu Mr. Prakash, Mrs. Indhumathi & Mr. Periyasamy along with 20 Members verbally abused in the name of caste with derogatory and filthy words on 30.10.2016.

Bal Mukund Meghwal was a daily wages labour. On April 10, 2016, he went to his work as daily wage labour but did not retiun home late night. Family of deceased searched all the possible places. Suddenly, One Gulab, owner of a liquor shop, called one of the family member and told that Bal Mukund is dead and is in Victoria Hospital. Deceased family and polic reached the hospital. police registered the complaint of unnatural death. But deceased family did not satisfied and logded FIR through 156(3)
