यह घटना जिला सोलन कीतहसील नालागढ़ के गाँव  रायेपुर जखोली (पंगा) की हैयह मामला श्री राधे श्याम (उम्र 55 वर्ष) , पुत्र श्री राम प्यारा , निवासी गाँव रायेपुर जखोली (पंगा), डाकखाना लोदीमाजरा, तहसील बद्दी, जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश से संबंधित है, जो शैक्षणिक रूप से कक्षा आठवीं (8th) तक पढ़े हैं और पेशे से मुख्य रूप से जमींदारी (खेती-बाड़ी) का काम करते हैं तथा अपनी आजीविका को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए उन्होंने कुछ जमीनें ठेके पर भी ले रखी हैं। वह एक शादीशुदा पारिवारिक व्यक्ति हैं जिनके तीन बच्चे हैं—एक विवाहित बेटी, एक बेटा जो ड्राइवर के रूप में कार्यरत है, तथा दूसरा बेटा जो वर्तमान में घर पर रहकर काम की तलाश कर रहा है; और यह पूरा परिवार अनुसूचित जाति (जुलाहा) वर्ग से संबंध रखता है। घटनाक्रम के अनुसार, इस पूरे विवाद का मुख्य कारण चुनावी रंजिश है, क्योंकि आरोपी सुन्दर सिंह सपुत्र भगत राम जाति राजपूत निवासी गाँव जोड़िया ने बी.डी.सी. (B.D.C.) पंचायत इलेक्शन लड़ा था और वह उस चुनाव में हार गया थाइसी हार के कारण वह राधे श्याम से इस बात को लेकर गहरी रंजिश और खुन्नस पाले हुए थाकि राधे श्याम और उनके जुलाहा समाज ने चुनाव में उसकी मदद न करके कृष्ण पाल शर्मा की सहायता व समर्थन किया था।इसी रंजिश के तहत, दिनांक 10 जून 2026 की रात तकरीबन 9:00 बजे , जब राधे श्याम अपने घरेलू सामान के अंतर्गत बीड़ी लेने के लिए नजदीकी गाँव नन्दपुर में स्थित प्राथमिक पाठशाला (Primary School) के पास एक करयाना (किराने) की दुकान पर गयातो दुकान से बाहर मुख्य सड़क पर आते ही वहाँ पहले से मौजूद आरोपी सुन्दर सिंह ने दुर्भावनापूर्वक उसका रास्ता रोक लिया और बिना किसी कारण के उसके साथ अत्यंत अभद्र व अश्लील गाली-गलौज करना शुरू कर दिया।इस दौरान आरोपी सुन्दर सिंह ने सार्वजनिक मार्ग पर उपस्थित तकरीबन 10 स्थानीय लोगों के सामने शिकायतकर्ता को चुनावी हार का उलाहना देते हुए और उनकी जाति को सीधे तौर पर निशाना बनाकर अपमानित करने की नीयत से सरेआम चिल्लाकर कहा कि "तुम जुलाहों की क्या औकात है, तुम नाली के कीड़े हो", और इस प्रकार अत्यंत आपत्तिजनक व जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करके राधे श्याम की सामाजिक प्रतिष्ठा को गंभीर रूप से आहत किया।जब राधे श्याम ने इस दुर्व्यवहार का विरोध किया, तो आरोपी सुन्दर सिंह ने उसके साथ सरेराह मारपीट (शारीरिक हिंसा) की और उसे सीधे तौर पर जान से मारने की गंभीर धमकियाँ देते हुए कहा कि वह तुम गंदे जुलाहों को इस आम रास्ते से दोबारा कभी नहीं गुजरने देगा।इस हिंसक शारीरिक और मौखिक उत्पीड़न के बाद, उसी रात तकरीबन 9:38 PM पर , आरोपी सुन्दर सिंह के बेटे संजू उर्फ संजय ने अपने मोबाइल नंबर 8219302618 से राधे श्याम के मोबाइल नंबर 9816313492 पर फोन किया और कॉल उठाते ही दोबारा वही भयानक जातिसूचक शब्द दोहराते हुए घोर गाली-गलौज की तथा फोन पर भी उन्हें जान से मारने की स्पष्ट आपराधिक धमकी दी。इस सिलसिलेवार घटना और लगातार मिल रही धमकियों के कारण पीड़ित और उनका पूरा परिवार वर्तमान में अत्यंत भयभीत और असुरक्षित महसूस कर रहा है।तत्पश्चात, पीड़ित द्वारा दिनांक 11 जून 2026 को शाम 06:31 बजेपुलिस थाना मानपुरा (बद्दी पुलिस जिला) में उपस्थित होकर दी गई लिखित शिकायत के आधार पर , पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए आरोपियों के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS), 2023 की धारा 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) और अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति (अत्याचार निवारण) अधिनियम, 1989 की धारा 3(1)(r) व 3(1)(s) के तहत एफआईआर संख्या 0049/2026 दर्ज कर आगामी कानूनी व दंडात्मक अनुसंधान कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी गई है। राधे श्याम के मन में अभी भी दर का माहोल बना हुआ है क्योकि दोशीगन बहुत ही बदमाश व गुंडा तत्व के लोग है.

Criminals injured a Dalit laborer by striking him with an illegal weapon

It is noteworthy that the victim had returned home from working out of town on February 21, 2026; upon learning of his return, the offenders arrived to demand extortion money, anticipating that he had brought back earnings.                                 यह घटना जिला सोलन कीतहसील नालागढ़ के गाँव सालेवाल के एक समाज सेवी की है, आज देश को आज़ाद हुए 78 वर्ष से अधिक का समय हो गया है लेकिन दलित समाज के साथ अत्याचार व भेदभाव के मामले नहीं थम रहे है बड़े ही दुःख की बात है की दलित समाज के साथ अत्याचार तो हो ही रहे है पर जो कोई भी दलित समाज के हित की बात करता है या दलित समाज के लिए लड़ाई लड़ता है उसे या तो जान से मार दिया जाता है या उसके साथ बुरी तरह से मारपीट कर प्रताड़ित किया जाता है या उसे झूठे मामलों में फसाया जा रहा है. पीड़ित विजय कुमार, निवासी गाँव मलेवाल, डाकघर राजपुरा, तहसील नालागढ़, जिला सोलन (हि.प्र.) द्वारा प्रस्तुत शिकायत के अनुसार, दिनांक 23/04/2026 को जब वह किसान मंडी मलेवाल में अपनी दुकान लगा रहा था, तब नालागढ़ के डीएसपी (भीष्म ठाकुर) बिना किसी उचित लिखित आदेश के जबरदस्ती मंडी बंद करवाने लगे। जबकि स्थानीय जमींदार के पास इस संबंध में माननीय न्यायालय का स्टे ऑर्डर (Stay Order) पहले से मौजूद था। जब पीड़ित विजय कुमार ने डीएसपी से इस कार्रवाई से संबंधित लिखित आदेश दिखाने का विनम्रतापूर्वक निवेदन किया, तो उक्त अधिकारी अत्यधिक उग्र हो गए और उन्होंने पद का दुरुपयोग करते हुए पीड़ित के साथ अत्यंत अभद्र भाषा, माँ-बहन की गंभीर गालियों और हिंसक धमकियों का प्रयोग किया, जिससे वहाँ उपस्थित करीब 50 दुकानदारों के लगभग 5 लाख रुपये के माल का नुकसान होने की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई। इतना ही नहीं, उक्त डीएसपी ने पीड़ित के आत्मसम्मान को ठेस पहुँचाने की नीयत से सार्वजनिक रूप से उसकी जाति को लेकर अपमानजनक, आपत्तिजनक व जातिसूचक टिप्पणियां कीं, जो कि अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति (अत्याचार निवारण) अधिनियम के तहत एक गंभीर दंडनीय अपराध है। उल्लेखनीय है कि उक्त अधिकारी द्वारा किया गया यह कृत्य कोई इकलौती घटना नहीं है, बल्कि यह गहरी राजनीतिक रंजिश और पूर्वाग्रह से प्रेरित दुर्भावना का हिस्सा है। इससे पूर्व भी उक्त डीएसपी ने पीड़ित विजय कुमार के भाई अनिल कुमार को निशाना बनाते हुए उनके खिलाफ पूरी तरह से झूठा मामला दर्ज किया था, उन्हें मानसिक व शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया था, तथा उस दौरान भी उनके साथ सरेआम जातिसूचक शब्दों का उच्चारण कर उन्हें अपमानित किया था। डीएसपी द्वारा एक ही परिवार के सदस्यों को लगातार जातिगत रूप से प्रताड़ित करने, झूठे मामलों में फंसाने और खुलेआम धमकियां देने के कारण वर्तमान में पीड़ित, उसका भाई अनिल कुमार और उनका पूरा परिवार अत्यंत भयभीत है तथा अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर रूप से आशंकित है, जिसके मद्देनजर उक्त दोषी अधिकारी के खिलाफ निष्पक्ष जांच, एससी/एसटी एक्ट के तहत सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई और पीड़ित परिवार को तत्काल पुलिस सुरक्षा प्रदान किया जाना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
